You can just start and end here. Because the presence of the official raised seal is the one and only way to authenticate a certified copy of a birth certificate issued by the Hawaii Department of Health.

Images of the copy's seal were released and it isn't raised per the regulations. Start. End.


ETA: By the way, Factcheck.org published a photo of the back of the seal and described it as "raised." Take your gripes to them if you think it's just some angle issue. They took the photos. They would know. To this day, they still have the same photo of the back of the seal posted in their article on the subject:

Nope. I have shown the photo of the seal impression that Factheck labeled as "raised" both right side up and upside down. It's raised either way.

Factcheck examined the document, took the photos, and labeled the BACKSIDE of the seal as raised. You can view that right here:

Oh, and you cannot get around the FACT that a member of Congress was defrauded by Factcheck's claims. I quote Arlen Specter:

8 years later, 200+ failed birther court cases and still some people are unable to accept reality!

Also factcheck.org was not used to confirm Obama is a natural born US citizen....

He was legally elected as POTUS. Twice
His BC's were issued and certified by the Hawaiian government.
A Presidential candidate does not even need a BC.
Some people fell for a simple optical illusion.
President Obamma is the only President that went through all this nonsense.
Birthers lost every single court case they attempted with nonsense like this, over 200 of them.
Some people hate the fact Obama is the legal POTUS.

Once again, factcheck did not decide Obama was a natural born US citizen.... Obama did not have to release any BC's, but he thought it would stop the birther nonsense.
No real expert would declare a document wrong that they never even examined, only a self proclaimed internet expert would do that!

But as we have seen, the whole birther nonsense was never about Obama's BC's!
