What do you get when you have two campaigns with glass houses? A mess, that is what you get. Neither Candidate has room to talk. Both Candidates have Skeletons in their closet, but I am of the opinion that Hillary has more of these Skeletons and Trump is very much the lesser of the two evils. I'll be voting Trump because I think Hillary and the Clinton's are evil people who WOULD do ANYTHING and I do mean ANYTHING if enough money was thrown at them from the global elite.

At least Trump PRETENDS that he loves America, I greatly question whether or not Hillary actually does.

WTF!? I don't dismiss them AT ALL. I'm simply astute enough to comprehend that Hillary Clinton and her lies are not the topic of this thread.

It's hard to take media/follower outrage over this seriously when they have attacked the very idea of holding Hillary accountable and dismissed it all as GOP rubbish. Obama is their god and he did the exact same thing without ANY of this outrage. The double standards! They burn!

Melania's was better, it actually had meaning instead of being a false cover for racial hatred, Michelle is all about the race hate.

When Democrats do it, nobody bats an eye. But when Republicans do it, everyone loses their mind.

You haven't been paying attention. On ATS everything the libs do is under constant scrutiny and criticized.

You're funny....

I swear, the Trump campaign does this kind of thing on purpose. Same with ripping off Reagan's slogan.

Were you outraged as you are now?

IMO the whole incident is a sign of how Trump doesn't really want to be President.

With all the "mistakes" Trump and his campaign have made, it would seem that you're right. But I think he WANTS to win, he just doesn't want the job... And if he does win, the same idiots who have been advising him (or neglecting to) will be the same ones in his inner circle, because he's too scared to listen to anyone else.

Time will tell, I suppose.

Any competent political staffer/Speech writer would have written a speech that reflects Melania's nature speaking patterns. This didn't happen so even the news clips of her speaking are horrid.

Agreed. I could have written it! It would have been SO easy to paraphrase those paragraphs instead of plagiarize them! That shows such ignorance, incompetence and laziness.

And you all fall for the trap that was her speech. im LMAO over here. This is to show how nit picky people are. its a Troll and you are taking the bait. With this they arent talking as much about hillary.

You might be right, to Trump all publicity is good publicity.

However, he would certainly be underestimating the American people and most certainly his supporters if he thinks this sort of bumbling and incompetence plays well - real or manufactured troll. People want stability and professionalism at this stage of the campaign.

There is a growing chorus of his supporters who are throwing their hands up in frustration at this point. They want very desperately to support him but he is giving them little inspiration or confidence to do so. Less and less as November draws near.

And you thought Benghazi was over......

This is a transcript of a speech made at the RNC last night. This is not going to go away. This will follow Hillary all the way to November.

But when the only alternative is Hillary Clinton, none of this will matter in the end.

YEah on that we can agree. I think his VP is there to shore up the base though and thats his job. Pence will be the actual president if they are elected.

I think what the Trump supporters have a hard time with is realizing that the Trump campaign threw Melania under the bus.

I don't agree. It will be so close, every vote from the margins will matter and this episode is costing the Trump campaign in that regard.

I don't know why, historically he has had little regard for women, even less during this campaign.

You've got to understand what plagiarism is. You obviously don't. It's common knowledge that MLK said, "I have a Dream". That's not plagiarism. Saying, "We hold these truths to be self-evident" or " We have nothing to fear, but fear itself" is not plagiarism. Common knowledge tells us where they came from. Saying, "just words" is not plagiarism, either.

Seven words in a row is plagiarism. Melania's speech used 23 words exactly in a row. I don't know how many words Obama used EXACTLY the same as Mr. Patrick, but if you wish to prove your point, you'll do so without posting a 5 minute video.

Yeah, Obama took the idea from Patrick. He paraphrased. There is a difference. A competent speechwriter knows the difference.

A murderous treasonous proven failed policy monster? Or a narcissistic loud mouthed businessman? I'm taking the latter. And believe me, this is the same lens a lot of people will view the two from.

Hahha, good luck with that, Dems. They must really be shaking in their boots about the Don.
