Just wait for the new Trump law that relegates all the "undesirables" (disabled, journalists, scientists, etc.) to special camp-like areas ... you know, so "normal" people won't be bothered or distracted or confused by them.

sorry, I wasn't necessarily calling you an extremist but it is true...if you are an extremist then other extremists seem normal to you.

The Trump campaign's PR was out ahead of launching his bid to circulate the word that Trump is "refreshingly honest and un-PC" before he even launched his bid. He gave himself a license to say whatever he wanted to and alienate every minority voting bloc.

Effective PR trickery made him seem 'refreshing.' I wouldn't use the term 'normal.'

It was "refreshing" to extremists....and his PR worked fantastically. Will it work in the general election? Clinton seems almost sane by comparison.

Ah, but Trump derangement syndrome is a form of extremism, IMO.

And, no, it won't work in the general election. You can win the GOP nomination without much support from minority voting blocs but you cannot win a general election that way.

Trump has not run a campaign with a general election victory in mind.

I have green money that Trump won't debate Clinton...Just like he bailed on Bernie after issuing the challenge.

Meh...your track record in the betting world is a bit lacking after last night.
Melania says 'Hi'.

Thank you...you're a fine man, but remember.....

I repeatedly posted how all of the claims that Trump lied in this speech were not true; no anti trump person responded.

His lies go beyond one speech.

The anti trump people are now claiming that anyone who supports trump is a fascist

His message is created to appeal to those sorts of people.

We have Introvert here who feels that the Benghazi mom was disgusting, but can't wait to here from Mike Browns mom, and even said on that thread he would love to hear from Bin Ladens son at the DNC on the war on terror.

Sure. Bring em on. I'd love to hear what they have to say.

but has no problem labeling millions of Trump supporters fascists without talking to them

If you support Trump, you support fascism. Plain and simple.

I forgot to mention my favorite tactic. Repeatedly posting "I already showed the facts" while completely ignoring posts that debunk them.

You have yet to do that.

That's apparent or else he would have cut women, minorities, the disabled and John McCain a little more slack.

I have green money that Trump won't debate Clinton...Just like he bailed on Bernie after issuing the challenge.

It's still the best show in town!!!

Trump has never attacked women - he has attacked some women (and men). Sooner or later you are going to have to accept the fact that criticising a woman is not sexist

Trump has never attacked disabled people - he attacked a journalist who was disabled. Sooner or later you will have to accept the fact that attacking a disabled person does not make one hate or look down on all disabled people.

As for McCain- you might want to note that he is not actually viewed by all military as a hero - actually some think he is a traitor.

Sooner or later you will have to accept that criticising a traitor is not criticising all Veterans or POWs

What I actually think, and I might be nuts, but if he's elected, Pence will be our President. I think Trump will be impeached and booted in short order. Call me crazy.

OR resign.

oh, lol, so you are comparing my apples to your oranges.

another tactic by the extreme right side.

I was comparing percentages with a different ATSer and you decided to pick that up, twist it, then use it to fit your own agenda

Well, I found and read his speech and it really is like some have said that it is like he is running for classroom president.

IMO it is always best to read a speech minus the emotion and hand-waving or body language to get to the core.

Most of what he claimed he would do isn't possible to accomplish as a president. If he was an emperor that would be a different story.

Basically, his speech left me with more questions than answers.

I've provided more than twenty already.

Read the thread.

I have been involved the entire way through the thread from the start - you have said nothing tangible that could support your claim of Trump and his supporters being worse than Nazi's. All I see are wild accusations, pictures of Mussolini and huge leaps to judgement.

I hear a lot on ATS about 'playing to fears' being a fascist tactic, and yet the accusers usually post pictures of Hitler and Mussolini as part of their argument... ironic.

UK, the fact that you don't agree with what I've said, doesn't mean I haven't said it. You're one of several posters here who use the "tell a big lie" propagandizing tactic and simply negate what others have said or demonstrated or deny that they've said it.

It is absolutely unsurprising, given your worshipful adoration of everything Republican, everything Trump, that your perspective is skewed. I can only state the facts of the matter, I can't make you see them.

I would guess, as a TTB (Trump Tru-Believer™) you really can't see what I've said here, or what anyone else has said, that demonstrates anything contrary to The Message. That doesn't mean that anyone is going to stop pointing the actual truth out.
