so disempowered and disadvantaged
So much so that a black man became President.
After the Civil Rights Act was enacted. Admit it: you would be happier if they brought back segregation.

The article you posted is not the same article as OP has posted.
Why are you trying to twist the story?
This is not right.
Th article I linked to is the original source that Infowars quoted. Infowars has deliberately distorted it; it is they who have twisted the story. You should try following the links in a story to confirm it before you start to swallow it.
Infowars did not misquote the black lady.....but you are sure trying to!
They did not misquote her, they misrepresented her. She is not a "BLM leader" and her rant is not a statement of BLM policy.

That's not up to me to decide. As a relatively well to do straight white male, I don't feel particularly threatened by the poor, blacks, homosexuals, or women, so I'm not sure I can even relate to your question.

You seem very vocal in your support for black only meetings and gatherings. Why are you able to comment on that but not on the reverse? You seem to be fully in support of racism by minorities.

This thread positively stinks of race hatred. I'm out of here.

I don't care so much that someone would want to have racially exclusive meetings. We all know there are things out there that practically end up being exclusive because one ethnicity or another is much more likely to be involved in this or that thing, so they end up being 99.9% people of that race, creed, or what have you when you attend them.
What kills me is the gigantic double standard.
You can have groups that work with the express intent being to help race A or group B and it's perfectly fine. Some groups can set up explicitly this or that group only meets, and we tolerate that. But if certain other groups try it, society has a royal cow over it.
You know if we are really going for equality, either everyone can do it, or no one can. No double standards.

she isn't an event organizer for black live matter, so kinda shot down straight away, she is a vlogger.
your link is infowars, hardly impartial, but does explain the wrong description.

You are not any more in a position to dictate what constitutes "work" than others are to demand money from you for nothing. You are treating what was clearly an emotional tirade on the part of an individual as a statement of the political objective of an entire movement.

and instead should just hand over “reparations” to black people so that they can purchase new cellphones and laptops.
Get off the damn street, get a job, and buy your own laptop and cell phone. No one owes you anything of the sort. It's that type of attitude that perpetuates the cycle. Remember what happened so it's not repeated and get the hell over it so we can move on.
I think we all hope that this type of racism would come to an end back in 1865 when slavery came to an end but it has been over 100 years and that hatred appears to be growing.
To me these are signs that society have broken down in the U.S. with no hope in sight. IMO we will watch as the hatred grows and spreads.....
