Hillary is not longer part of the State Dept.
Just a question for those who are currently in, or were in the military...
What would happen to you after your discharge should you transmit, keep, obtain, or share classified information?
Depends on what it is, what you did with it and most importantly, intent.
Intent is irrelevant, you leak secret, top secret and above secret information you will lose clearance at the very least. Intent or no intent.
Leaking information is an intentional act.
Also, Hillary doesn't have a clearance.

Really? Did you seriously just bring intent into the equation?
Yep, because the law has been reinterpreted in this investigation, it is now ok to use the intent card.
SMH
That's the way it has always been. You an other think the law has been reinterpreted because you know very little about law, precedence and you are more interested in the final outcome. You don't care how you get that outcome as long as you get it.
Lol, just LOL

Haven't you guys learned anything yet?
Intent is key when deciding degrees of guilt or whether something is criminal in nature that it would even justify charges.
Hahahahahahaha.... There are not enough of the letters "H" and "A" to use in response to that comment. Intent as a justification for breaking the law. Let me know how that goes for you once you've sent a classified email via your new AOL account...
Let me know when you get a better understanding of law.

No where in the law does it say "lack of intent" or "ignorance of law" is an excuse for breaking the law.
So let me know when you've pulled your head out of the sand.

For the military side of it I am going to call BS on this answer... I have had long talks with people in the IT department about this... every single person I have spoke with said the same thing... if that was you or I... we would be in Leavenworth.
Intent would have nothing to do with it, since the question was directed at Military, the mauve rocket would send you to the klink before you realized you screwed up.

I call bull#. 80% of cases similar to this are never taken to court. Those that have been showed specific intent.
