I agree 110%! They have proven this to be the case
Proven this to be a fraud?
Hardly.
If they had, we wouldn't be wasting our time with these hearings. It would be in court.
Thank you for raising a very irrelevant issue.
Proof of what has been charged at Clinton is irrelevant?
Well, there ya go. I guess I was right. This isn't about truth. It's about a good-ole witch hunt.
Witch hunts are meant to find witches. That was the easy part. Making those under her spell see the truth is the hard part.

Hillary is not longer part of the State Dept.
Just a question for those who are currently in, or were in the military...
What would happen to you after your discharge should you transmit, keep, obtain, or share classified information?

Oh no... it's only a waste of time to see justice done if their last name is Clinton. Really?
What justice?
This is a mockery of justice paraded-out for the Right Wing nuts to salivate over.
You guys are being stroked by the Republicans.
Do me a favor. Set up an AOL email account after getting a security clearance and email yourself some classified material. Please drop ATS a line after you're buried under the pentagon. Clinton got away with it, you should too right? Don't worry! Someone will take up your cause shortly...

Really? Did you seriously just bring intent into the equation?

Yep, because the law has been reinterpreted in this investigation, it is now ok to use the intent card.

Haven't you guys learned anything yet?
Intent is key when deciding degrees of guilt or whether something is criminal in nature that it would even justify charges.

Intent is irrelevant, you leak secret, top secret and above secret information you will lose clearance at the very least. Intent or no intent.

That's the way it has always been. You an other think the law has been reinterpreted because you know very little about law, precedence and you are more interested in the final outcome. You don't care how you get that outcome as long as you get it.

Exactly "the degree of guilt. Which requires guilt to be there in the first place.

Hahahahahahaha.... There are not enough of the letters "H" and "A" to use in response to that comment. Intent as a justification for breaking the law. Let me know how that goes for you once you've sent a classified email via your new AOL account...
