I know for a fact that regular civil service/military personnel had mishandled classified information like she did would have at least lost their clearance, I have seen it multiple times over the last 20 years.

I was reprimanded for sending a personal email from work to my home email...

This is absolutely a double standard, and the AG should be ashamed to be part of the cover up.

Hillary is not longer part of the State Dept. That is where those issues are handled...internally. Just like you described.

She can still be banned from having a clearance to access classified information, she can be banned from holding a civil service position of any sort because of a willful disregard for the rules and regulations that everyone else followed... If there is proof that Rice and Powell also did this then I would have no heart burn with the same ban being placed on them.

by the very nature of being sec. of state, she has a security clearance, as all sec. of states have had in the past.
