are things perfect now... no... Education in inner cities sucks.. guess what thats not just a black issue... police violence.,.. also not just a black issue...or are you going to point at incarceration numbers... thats a product of the war on drugs, not whitey keeping the black man down.

Because as they say the "system is dirty as hell" so they are doing all they can to disrupt when they do this. They do all they can to get attention. The media feeds on protest like this and the BLM peeps know it so they do it more and more. Just once I'd love to see the BLM do this in the inner cities where blacks are killing blacks all day every day! I guess it's no one elses business what blacks do to each other though...

Yes, their own people. My hometown crowd works together to solve problems. We don't burn houses or businesses down or block streets or jump to conclusions before the facts are in. Doing any of that would completely defeat the purpose of BLM.

dont confuse yourself. you do not need a permit to protest. its a right given to us by the constitution. what is not a right, is to block travel during said protest without a permit or prior notice.
so in closing with your argument....
you do not need a permit to protest... however you do need a permit to block traffic during said protest. just like you would need a permit to close public roads due to a concert, lawn fete, carnival, rodeo, bike race, marathon, and any other event in which your requesting your local municipality to close a road, street, or highway to hold such event.

And you are assuming a protest is static, it could be a march that traverses the town.
