Thank God your child pulled through and made it!

I have decided not to take chemotherapy. Now saying this will piss a few of you off, maybe a few tell me go f**k myself BUT I am against chemotherapy for numerous reasons and would prefer not to discuss them because many know me as that cranky old bastard and his constant debates concerning religion and my faith........ which has NOTHING to do with why I refuse chemotherapy....

I will only say....chemotherapy will extend someone's life but their is a cost for this ...depending on type and stage cancer paitent is in because if not done with 100% accuracy, the side effects from chemo are torture and can be with you throughout the remaining part of your life.

I prefer the direct approach.

I am very sorry to hear of your diagnosis.

If possible research alternative treatments immediately such as Burzinski Clinic.

I am not able to come up with a few of the others ones that this documentary introduced me too, but there are options.

Having gone through the loss of a few family members there is no easy way to approach the reality of our mortality and that of those we love. However I do believe that death can be something that brings us closer and is essential in helping us understand our purpose here in life.

As I put myself in your place and imagine how difficult it would be, a lot would depend on what kind of beliefs you and your family have about life and death.

When my stepfather passed away we got closer than we have ever been, he had a little over a year from when he got diagnosed with cancer in his parotid gland. We got to be there with him and help him die with out fear.

First things first is do all you can to fight it however you choose. I would recommend reseraching the website I shared.

Second trust that your family will go through the difficult steps that are coming, but will be strong enough to handle it, honesty is important when time is a factor.

Third, it is time to let go of anything that has been holding you down in the form of regrets, ask forgiveness, express forgivness and embrace all of those around you!

I wish you and your family the best!

Get it over with. Waiting, you will find serves no purpose. As I have told all my love ones....it is the way it is. Enjoy me now....remember me when gone and live your lives like you are the one dying. Life is so damn short. Good luck with everything .

I know 3 person who use hemp oil as alternative treatment to cancer, one is dead the other two show no signs of becoming better.

My mom is the dead one, rest in peace, it had no signs of effect on her.

There is still no signs or proof that hemp oil is a successful treatment to cancer, other than some vague cases.

Radiation also isn't a walk in the park.

It got to the stage with my son that the chemo, radiation and (believe it or not) painkiller side effects became unbearable and he asked to stop them all. The thing was, that at their worst, they all started working and the tumors began shrinking and have continued even though he is now off all treatments (except MRI scans to ensure no regrowth). As it is, he is still in a lot of pain, the cancer has eaten the bone away from his spine and will take ages to grow back.

I understand fully why someone may choose not to go down the chemo route. But, like I said, things are changing all the time and there are other treatments that look promising. Listen to your oncologist/s, they are better informed than Google or anyone else and have experience as well.

Oh, and another thing, all our church prayed, repeatedly, for his healing. They provided money and time and were support for his parents, too. Don't forget, God didn't make you for sickness. He has far bigger plans. You are at the pivot point of history, you are vital to the universe, that's God's genius. If you trust in God, He is able to heal you. I love that verse where God says: "Can a mother forget her nursing child, or show no compassion for the child of her womb? Even these may forget, yet I will not forget you. See, I have engraved your name in the palm of my hands". Isaiah 49:15-16.

I'm really sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I know right now you're terrified and all you can think about is how much you don't want to leave your family. There's some very important things you need to do immediately no matter how much shock and grief you're in:

Talk to a Pancreatic Oncologist immediately. I don't know what Cancer centers there are in Germany but Cancer Research Center UK is supposed to be really good, don't wait for a referral to come through, call yourself as soon as you can. If that's not an option, the major Cancer centers here in the US like the Mayo Clinic, Dana Farber Cancer Institute or Memorial Kettering Sloan... can help you and your family with finances, if you qualify, to get to their centers and for lodging.

Ask a friend to handle talking to extended family and other friends for updates and such, you have work to do and time to spend with your closest loved ones.

Get a notebook, write all your questions down because you're in shock you will forget to ask, especially as you're taking in new information.

Don't resign.

Stage IV can play out a lot of ways it doesn't mean you will die tomorrow, an oncologist may think chemo/radiation is absolutely reasonable where a general doctor, not knowing any better, will say hopeless. Alternative medicines are not researched nearly enough to know their effectiveness and are generally scams.

If your Oncologist says treatment is an option... go for it, it's the only thing proven to extend life. Save the alternatives, including Hemp oil for when your Oncologist says there's nothing more to be done. Chemo sucks but it's manageable, there's lots they can do so that you're not nauseous all the time. You'll get weak and tired but still have quality to your life and more time.

It's important to know that even with aggressive cancers and ones that have a high rate of recurrence, if the cancer can be killed off... it doesn't always come back. It's rare but true. Ask about clinical trials too... there's been huge breakthroughs recently.

It's also important to know that statistics aren't for you, they're for statisticians and only meant to give a general idea, an overall picture. You are you, not a statistic and there's no expiration date stamped on you.

Don't look up anything related to your cancer online, it will only scare you with outdated information. Get your information from an Oncologist. Stay far away from sites like Natural News which I swear is run by psychopaths trying to kill off scared people with life threatening illness.

PM me if you want to talk.

Really?

WOW looks like I need to do more research.......

From my understanding only 100% works..... there are many types out with various percentages and not 100%.

Was your mom using 100% pure hemp oil?

Yes it was 100% hemp oil, though we might have started to late, as the cancer spread in her body with an incredible speed, she only had 6 months of treatment before she passed away.

Though, i will still suggest trying it, it can't hurt.

It is certainly your decision, but I would recommend that you tell them as soon as possuble.
If they can live your last days knowing that they did what they could to experience it fully, they will have fewer second thoughts about it afterwards.
My father had a terminal illness and did not tell any of his children about it. My mother knew, but he did not let her tell us.
He didn't want us worrying about him.... but in the end, I have been bothered because I didn't know. I wish that I had been told.

If someone in my family got cancer, i would recommend "hemp oil".. until the day they passed away.. Knowing that they died happy and with a stomach full of delights... And if they are cured, they are happy with a stomach full of delights

God bless you!

I pray for your son and beg God to hear me, to heal your son, to speed up his recovery and that his pain be gone this very day before the sunsets, in Jesus name,

AMEN

It can actually if treatment is an option... marijuana and hemp oil are antioxidants which protect cells including cancer cells. It may sound counterproductive but you don't want to fortify cells you want the chemo to have an easy time killing off cells.
