But the U.S. Government released the document.
The Breitbart story said that Clinton, now the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, “received a classified intelligence report stating that the Obama administration was actively supporting Al Qaeda in Iraq, the terrorist group that became the Islamic State.”
The “secret memo” Breitbart referred to is an intelligence information report. Michael Pregent, a former US Army intelligence officer who served as an embedded military adviser in Iraq, explained what this is. “I wrote [intelligence information reports] as an intelligence officer in Iraq - they were based on interviews with sources,” Pregent, who is now an adjunct fellow at the Hudson Institute, told Business Insider in an email. “This IIR is based on an interview with a source. This is not someone putting their career on the line.” Intelligence information reports are the “lowest weighted” type of intelligence report in the intelligence community, Pregent said. “The NSA and CIA reports are weighted higher,” Pregent said. “I doubt this IIR was read by anyone at the Obama or Clinton level.”
Breitbart is a right-wing website that often shares outlandish stories with little to no basis in fact. One reason the Breitbart story doesn’t make much sense is that Al Qaeda in Iraq was absorbed into the umbrella group called the Islamic State of Iraq before Obama took office in 2009.
The Islamic State of Iraq (ISI; Arabic: دولة العراق الإسلامية Dawlat al-ʿIrāq al-ʾIslāmiyyah) (commonly referred to as al-Qaeda in Iraq[3]) was a militant Islamist group that aimed to establish an Islamic state in Sunni, Arab-majority areas of Iraq during the Iraq War. It was formed on 15 October 2006 from the merger of a number of Iraqi insurgent groups, including Al-Qaeda in Iraq and its Mujahideen Shura Council allies.[4]
Now Khabir trains thousands of men—mostly Syrians and Yemenis—to fight in an ISIS base situated in the Mexico-U.S. border region near Ciudad Juárez, the intelligence gathered by JW’s source reveals. Staking out U.S. targets is not difficult and Khabir actually brags in an Italian newspaper article published last week that the border region is so open that he “could get in with a handful of men, and kill thousands of people in Texas or in Arizona in the space of a few hours.
and old Chrissy Farrell of judicial watch contradicts himself in the above passage, he states that IT WAS PRODUCED by somebody within the DIA, and then he says....IT COULD BE A....U.S. agent, a defense attache, or a source....

“The document is an IAR, an intelligence information report,” said Christopher J. Farrell, who serves on the board of directors of Judicial Watch, which obtained the document. “It is produced by somebody within the Defense intelligence agency (DIA). It is reporting from the field by an intelligence agent” who could be a U.S. government agent, a defense attaché, or a source.
“It’s a report from the field back to headquarters with some intelligence that somebody is willing to bet their career on,” Farrell said.
Farrell confirmed that the report was sent to Clinton’s office, based on the recipient marking “RUEHC/SECSTATE WASHINGTON DC.”

The Free Syrian has a truce with ISIS co-operates with them
AMMAN (Reuters) - Syrian rebel forces on Thursday took over a town near the Turkish border that had been the main stronghold of Islamic State in the northern Aleppo countryside, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and rebel sources said.
The monitor said factions fighting under the banner of the Free Syrian Army (FSA), some supplied with arms by Turkey and other foreign backers, captured the town of al-Rai after fierce battles with the militants.
"This is the beginning of the end of Daesh (Islamic State), those who have bet the FSA have been decimated are now proven wrong. It's a victory for the Free Syrian Army," said Abu Abdullah from the Nour al Din al Zinki brigade that participated in the assault on the heavily defended border town.
so an Obama official says nothing to see here move along and you fall for it. It's ok because this is 1/33000

Well it seems someone with actual experience in Intelligence Information Report has this to say about the one in the OP...

And to support his comments on Islamic State in Iraq and Obama...

I would also like to point out the original source for this so called document also said ISIS had a training camp 8 miles from the US border...

If Clinton actually received a letter then she should be dealt with as should Obama, but with the source this came from I highly doubt there is any credibility to it.
Or enough credibility to say it's true...

So essentially this entire OP is based on complete and utter BS that any school child in the Middle east could explain to you?
Uh...Yes the West supports the Free Syrian Army...and yes that is a different group than AQ in Iraq and ISIS...and yes those two groups battle one another.
You can still be a critic of Hillary or Democrats or anything else and not pretend to be ignorant to do so...I never understand why people choose to abuse their own brains for a political cause.

Gosh there are some abysmally stupid in the world. Read the damn memo. Not once in that memo does it say anything about supporting ISIS. It's simply an intelligence report sent directly from the field (hence the "unevaluated") and morons are jumping up and down like they have damning proof of *something*.
As for it being sent to Clinton, yeah, it was also sent to 30+ other email addresses. So if this was the damning document you gullible half-wits thought it was, it would be damning for all of the top military brass as well as the directors of all of the intelligence agencies.
Just keep reading Breitbart, the least reliable, least credible source next to perhaps WND.
I knew it !!
I never believed it.

...and Huffington Post, CBS, and MSNBC for that matter!
My aren't you a bowl of sunshine and rainbows today???
It is fact that Obama called ISIS "JV" and did not take them seriously. It is fact we were funneling weapons into Syria, many of them falling into the hands of ISIS. It is also fact that Obama supported the Muslim Brotherhood's rise to power in Egypt. Speaking strictly for myself, I personally don't need proof of anything to believe ha played a part in these factions' rise to power and terror.
I am neither "gullible", nor a "half-wit", nor "stupid". I am informed, and an individual that refuses to stick his head in the sand ...Quite frankly, whether it mentions ISIS, al qaeda, the Taliban, or the Mickey Mouse Club is irrelevant. The report really doesn't tell us anything most of us here didn't already know.
