Well it seems someone with actual experience in Intelligence Information Report has this to say about the one in the OP...

If I were putting this information out I would make sure of who the source was...especially when making these types of allegations.

The answer is no. The memo admits much of the opposition is AQI, and they are arming the opposition. That does not mean they are arming AQI or Isis. The most scandalous thing about it, is they foresaw the possibility for it to go tits up, and it did.

I'm sorry to some of those that are hesitant to believe the accusations of this report, but Obama's very open support of another terrorist group's (the Muslim Brotherhood) successful topple of a middle east government back in 2011 makes it very hard to ignore these claims. We have been arming these dangerous insurgents (ISIS; the Muslim Brotherhood; and even al qaeda back in the day) covertly for a long time now. He supports, and has supported, terrorist organizations from the minute he stepped into office. (and beforehand) And he has been part and parcel to bringing these organizations to power during his time there. It is fact that Obama called ISIS "JV" and did not take them seriously. It is fact we were funneling weapons into Syria, many of them falling into the hands of ISIS. It is also fact that Obama supported the Muslim Brotherhood's rise to power in Egypt. Speaking strictly for myself, I personally don't need proof of anything to believe ha played a part in these factions' rise to power and terror.

I am neither "gullible", nor a "half-wit", nor "stupid". I am informed, and an individual that refuses to stick his head in the sand ...Quite frankly, whether it mentions ISIS, al qaeda, the Taliban, or the Mickey Mouse Club is irrelevant.
