If there was an investigation and it was blocked it is on Holder and/or Obama for pulling the plug.

Do NOT defend the pantsuit!

Doesn't anyone attend government and civics classes anymore?

Everyone one with a basic grasp of how the U.S. Government works knows that the State Department primarily deals with international affairs.

I'm not sure how the State Department could even interfere in an investigation that would have been performed by the FBI or other internal agency.

In all fairness... Isn't congress suppose to make final decisions, but yet Obama skirts around them with executive orders, is that how the U.S. government is suppose to work? The U.S. Government is suppose to work according to the constitution.. Does it?

Which should really be the big tell here. I despise her and make my opinion verrrrrry well known on this point.
If I am saying she cannot block this then maybe, just maybe, I am not doing it because of some agenda.

Obviously not. I will be calling the Secretary of Agriculture next time I see a terrorist. Maybe they can sprinkle some GMO corn on him.

Wow.
Is this middle school? Seriously people.

Sometimes the most interesting information can start with following breadcrumbs.
Even if it leads nowhere, the journey can be an experience.

Can we please try to just be ATS?

No. Justice is a Cabinet-level appointment approved by the Senate and only answers to the President. Congress has no say in any Justice Department investigation into this mosque.

"The President's source of authority to issue Executive Orders can be found in the Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution which grants to the President the "executive Power."

Yes it's essentially denigrated into middle school have you not been paying attention?

Which should help because middle school is where I learned how our government operates. 7th grade to be exact. Maybe others missed that year.

I guess you're right.

The Mason had to give you a lesson on what the role of the U.S. State Department is, very reminiscent of Middle School.

its not about how our government operates.

you just keep repeating that as an obvious attempted derailment

the reason i know this is because you havent investigates what the actual whistleblower himself alleges and formulated and intelligent response based on whats actually been alleged by the whistleblower

the only thing youve done is explained to us how the government works which is totally irrelevant but you dont know that because you havent actually read whats been alleged

but your doing it on purpose to derail the thread

If only the government worked in real life as it is supposed to work according to textbooks.
Life would be much more common sense

Uhhhhhhhhhhhh . . . wrong.

IF they wanted to bother--which they very rarely do

THEY COULD pull the money from any such operation.

Here we are on page 6 of this hoax thread and you still haven't even attempted to make an actual argument. Please, please, PLEASE just make an argument instead of diverting with this hypocrisy about "personal attacks" as you yourself continue to make personal attack after personal attack.

Explain how "Hillary's State Dept. Blocked Investigation into Orlando Killer's Mosque."

Yes but not to do unconstitutional things while using an executive order.

I don't think we can read hearts and motives.

The most we can do is make inferences . . . as hazardous as those are.

I'm not impressed, however, with the looks and sounds of their purported arguments.

It is interesting that they don't touch the very logical assertions I've made about how corrupt government really works . . . on relationships between the corrupt minions therein.

I dont have to I'm not the one alleging this the whistblower is.

Im sharing the information in an attempted chance of having an intelligent onversation with someone who actually reads what the whisteblower has to say about it

but that wont happen with the 3 of you clearly ganging up in an obvious thread derailment
