I feel so bad for the actual Muslims who aren't total morons caught in the crossfire but the fact is that their religion or parts of it are getting used as tools to gain followers in regions and cities and areas where there are many disenfranchised youth. Why would the State Department block an investigation? The Justice Department would handle this who reports to the Attorney General which would have been Holder.

Yes, they do:

DS Special Agents in the United States and overseas conduct criminal investigations into passport and visa fraud.

Investigating a mosque for terror related issues would be the Federal Bureau of Investigation, not the State Department.

Everyone one with a basic grasp of how the U.S. Government works knows that the State Department primarily deals with international affairs.

I'm not sure how the State Department could even interfere in an investigation that would have been performed by the FBI or other internal agency.

The premise of the OP is BULLSPIT!

The State Department deals with foreign affairs, not domestic. Hillary and "her state department" had no say so in any investigation into anything domestic. PERIOD.
