This is not a HuffPo reporter actually reporting on what the FBI is doing in the Hillary Clinton matter. This is a blogger expressing an opinion.

Yeah, that was kind of where I was going with that one.

Maybe I can get it back and use it for this.

Unless Obama issues pardon in which case she is most likely home free. Another poster noted that a pardon can be issued without the person being convicted of a crime.

Yep, crazy as it sounds, Obama can issue a preemptive pardon.

Here, let me help you with a bit of emphasis to a portion of what you quoted from me:

I just had a hard drive crash in my main PC (it's sitting on the desk in front of me as I type) recently. And oddly enough, that crash coincided with my posting about sensitive topics, even though I'm sure it was not related at all;

a reply to: carewemust

Looking to see where it was that I said it was a common occurrence and I'm not finding it. All hard drives eventually fail, some sooner some later, depending on a number of factors.

Here is some specific information from relatively recent data regarding that:

BlackBlaze

I'm not sure what your threshold for 'very rare' is but the range in the above chart is from a low of .50% to a high of 106.52% (not sure how you can have a greater than 100% failure rate, but there it is) with the average being 4.81%.

Regards the topic in general: It is obvious that there is enough information in the public domain to draw the logical conclusion that RICO violations are certainly some of what might be levied against the Clinton machine; the whole group, not just Bill & Hillary.

The author of the blog post has some unusual interests, I do not see that as a problem.

For whatever reason the HuffPo staff decided that his post was not up to their standards and determined to pull the posting, without notice or explanation to the author.

The author has maintained he has credible sources and that he has received corroboration after the fact of his post from a different part or parties entirely.

As of this moment, no determination can be made to the veracity of his claims.

As of this moment, ATS PTB have determined that the story the thread is based upon is not a HOAX or Ludicrous Online Lie and have allowed the thread to remain where originally posted. Perhaps it should be in Skunk Works until verification can occur, but that is up to them.

Yeah that's it. Ya got me

Of course you can show where I'm wrong . Ill wait for that verification.

Any minute now...

Some of us are familiar with the concept of night. Night begins after the sun leaves the sky in the area where you are staying on the planet Earth.
I didn't say that the sun leaves the solar system. It does leave the sky.

If someone asked you to point out the sun in the night sky, what would you do?

Feel free to make me feel sorry now.

Tom DeLay. LOL. Ok. The FBI doesn't indict. Why doesn't this elected official know how the government works?
How many times has he made this claim already? Two? Three?

meanwhile back at the "trump ranch"....he now has a third federal investigation into his failed Trump University for fraud.....but hey, no need for that story, all his supporters hear is "BLAH, BLAH, BLAH", vote for trump....oblivious to his greed, and real life corruption.

The sun never leaves the sky. The planet rotates and we just can't see it but it's still up there. Who is going to ask me to point out the sun at night?
Now on topic what does Fox and friends say? Do they claim it's correct? Do they give a source?

Here is a link to a new thread dealing with Judicial watch and Cheryl Mills deposition. The thread contains the link to that deposition. I made a new thread so it doesn't A. drag this one off topic and B. for easy reference so it does not get buried in the conversation.

Rasmussen Reports

Among Democratic voters, 71% believe Clinton should keep running (if indicted)...

Should she keep running if indicted? I am kind of torn between who would be easier to beat in the general. Bernie as is or Hillary with an indictment. They are both weak candidates to begin with.

Point out the Sun in the night sky.
I just did.
Do you understand that the sky is the area of atmosphere visible above?
At night, the Sun is not visible in the SKY.
It leaves the sky.
Maybe you should check a dictionary to verify what the sky is, vs looking down at the Earth.
You don't deny that the night sky exists... do you?
On topic, this OP could grow legs next week.

The ONLY way to do that is to hold up a picture of Hillary Clinton and look through both of her eyes.

Not to step on any toes, but as is mentioned in your thread, another thread was created prior to your having posted.

Would like to see what your thoughts are on the transcript.

As of this posting, there is still no confirmation of the claims made in the blog post referenced in the OP. I have not heard back from him, but he has continued to post to his Facebook timeline as has his son.

He has not retracted his story and from what I can gather, he still has not heard from HuffPo regarding their decision to remove the article.

Bernie has polling numbers well above Trump in the election polls. We're talking landslide proportions.

Check out the numbers.
