I can agree with that. According to this audit report, she is not the only one.

Everyone has times in their lives that they exercise poor judgement. That does not mean some are not qualified for certain jobs.

The question: is there any intentional wrong doing with purpose to commit a crime, or breach.

As before, new regulations will be put in place to close those areas found to be vulnerable.

The fact something was found should not be a surprise, or unexpected.

Federal law decides what is applicable. Mishandling classified information is a little different than making 'some mistakes' or 'cutting some corners', etc.
