NO, turning the words around just makes you ignorant of knowing anything about trans people

Turning the words around proves how biased you truly are, and you don't like that. Guess it also proves, according to your logic, that you don't know anything about women.

Honey, sexual assault and transgenderism are not the same thing, they are not even closely related.

twisting words around in this situation not only does not make any sense, but proves your ignorance.

And, what happens if this person they are so afraid of walks in, does their business, washes their hands, and leaves? See, you are confusing ACTIONS and BEHAVIORS with PRESENTATION. There is nothing now stopping a perverted woman from walking into a ladies room and doing an ILLEGAL ACTION (i.e. recording, peeping, etc...). So, how would that be handled now? I'll tell you, they would report it to the security/police that someone was BEHAVING inappropriately in the restroom.

Guess what, that has not changed. If women FEAR someone because of how they PRESENT themselves and NOT on their actions or behaviors, then they are shallow and judgemental. The key is to pay attention to the actions and behaviors, not the presentation. And, this applies to women entering men's rooms as well. Since, we do not want to blame just men for being perverts now do we? Unless of course you and your frightened female friends are anti-men. Then, your argument makes more sense. It's still invalid, but makes more sense.

Anyone that judges another person based solely upon their outward presentation is shallow. That is a fact.

Again, you don't like someone saying the exact same things you say, just about someone else. You can claim that women need to "get over it", but someone else can't claim the same about trans people?

Hypocritical much?

Real articles on real websites. Your continued refusal to accept facts is becoming quite interesting.

Christian conspiracy sites are not news sites..all web sites are not created equal.

You can not make laws based on feelings...it is inherently subjective. If you "feel" like there is a threat. That does not mean there is one.

If you feel like your husband cheated on you. That does not mean he did.

People do not make you "feel" anyway..we decide how we take others actions, ourselves.

If some one hurts , or attempts to hurt some one they should be punished.

You can't go around arresting people because you "feel like they might do something....."

I would bet that every single time "feel good" legislation has been passed, it has hurt innocent people, without helping any.

If trans people were saying... "ew, a straight normal woman, she is so gross and I don't want to use the same bathroom as her"...

then yes, the twisting of words you are trying to use would work

Does he have to dress as a woman? Can't he just say, " I'm a woman" and walk in? Who says there is a dress code for a trans who wants to go into a girls bathroom. Are there trans who dress like macho men and fit a different definition of trans? Weren't some of the Village People dressed like construction workers? Oh wait, they were just gay? Or....well now I'm confused, can a gay man be a transman er woman? Wow, I'm sorry this is tough!

What women are saying is that they don't want to share the bathroom or changing room with any biological MALE, no matter what he thinks or how he dresses. These laws don't set any standards for which people can and cannot enter, either, as some have tried to claim. It's all about how one "feels", and what they want.

According to NYC, if you feel like a woman, they welcome you into the ladies' rooms -

No standards, no requirements, no rules. We are already seeing case after case after case of men in ladies' rooms, doing bad things. That isn't about a "feeling": that's about the facts!

Now that the LIE that there would be standards has been tossed out, let's talk about that. These rules allow any man who wants to enter a ladies' room, at any time. Are you really naive enough to think that perverts won't take advantage? They already are.

No, a very small subset of American conservative women are scare of using the same bathroom as a transgender...

Not all women, not a lot of women, not most women, not your average woman..

Just the relatively small subset of conservative media followers.

I think most women could care less if you leave them alone.

Really it's only conservatives who care what you do when not hurting anyone else...

Conservatives at best make up 25% of the population. With women being say 6% of that.. Maybe 5% after you factor for the percent of conservative women who arnt afraid of much..

So I think it would be fair to say something like :

"Around 12% of women are afraid to piss next to a man."

I'm not counting being pee shy, I guess...

This is just taking a leak they legalized right?

They didn't legalize rape or assault or oogling did they?

I think that's fair...for taking a leak not to be a criminal cat.

Prove that it is now happening at a substantially higher rate.

Or is it that its so sociopolitically overblown that you can find articles about it more frequently

a reply to: CushingBlk I get a bit confused too because there are folks that only partly transition and like having male and female parts...(what I have learned from a show on TV) but that is probably a small percent of transgender community.

It's happening, and the new regs allow it to happen. As in NYC, there is NO requirement to prove to anyone that one is trans to be able to use the bathroom of their choice. None. Meaning, any guy that wants can waltz in to bathrooms, locker rooms, and wherever, and stare at women, and the laws would allow this. Some creep can watch kids changing clothes, legally, under these laws.

How many women and girls have to be victims before you see this as a problem? What number constitutes an acceptable risk?

No, it's about entering the rooms. What they do there, no one on the left seems to ant to address. Provng that some perv as staring would be next to impossible. Plus, this means the pervs can legally enter, which makes finding a victim that much easier.

Why so many want to pretend this is about potty use is beyond me. That's not what this is about.

No, a very small subset of the population is being used to allow perverts into the wrong bathrooms and locker rooms, and a LOT of people don't like that. The average woman doesn't like that. Victims of assault don't like that. Little girls don't like that.

Your percentages are not even close to the real world.

(1) Wrong. That BEHAVIOR is still illegal. He can be reported and detained and charged under existing laws if proved true.
(2) Wrong. That BEHAVIOR is still illegal. He can be reported and detained and charged under existing laws if proved true.

Please educate yourself on the laws before claiming and spreading untruths. All the the BEHAVIORS you mentioned were illegal last year, this year, and next year. These new gender-neutral laws do not change that truth. No matter how "icky" you might find "those people".

Oh, really?? So these guys were arrested, were they?

Man strips in front of girls in locker room, says transgender law allows it

No, they were NOT! One place, the guy came back after being asked to leave, and the other, he was allowed to stay. Exposing himself to minors.
