Only in your head... In America it is legal to complain AND call the police for any reason...

If some one sees some one shady creeping around the ladies room, they are most likely going to report it. When the officer on call arrives and he finds out the person in question isn't actually a trans person, that person is still trespassing.

No, in reality. Business managers have stated that they would harass people complaining, instead of removing the offending male.

Define "someone shady". If a MAN is in the ladies' facilities, he's already in th wrong. I don't care how he "identifies" himself, one way or the other. Such a man can legally, under such laws, hag out and ogle women in the restrooms and changing rooms. Such a man can take pictures when people enter stalls, and get away uncaught. Pretending this won't hapen, when it already has, shows a remarkably disingenuous attitude.

No; there is security being removed. That's the point you keep trying to avoid.

Oh, so if they don't dress well, they aren't "legit"? So, discrimination based on clothing is acceptable to you?
I stated that perverts would take advantage of these laws, not that any one group contained more, or less, perverts than any other.
More deflection.

There's only one solution,
Unsecured IP Body cameras for all!!
Mom or dad can link their cellphones to monitor the situation and set off an alarm if they feel their child is in danger. Sounds crazy, I know.
Just you wait...

THis is a man with evil intent, not a transgender man dressed as a women to use the bathroom, there is a BIG difference. Please know WTF your are talking about before you post nonsense
You Will be Made to Care: Washington State Makes it Illegal to Ask a Man What He is Doing in a Women’s Restroom
If you live in Washington State and you’re a woman, and a man walks into a locker room and starts undressing in front of you, it is now illegal for you to ask him what he is doing there, much less ask him to leave. If you have discomfort with the situation, you have to leave the locker room quietly. The naked guy gets to stay.
The Washington State Human Rights Commission, a regulatory agency, has been empowered by the Washington State legislature to draft legally binding rules for businesses to prevent “discrimination” on the basis of “sexual orientation and gender expression[.]” The commission has released its final rule, and boy is it a doozy.
Among other things, the rule makes it illegal to ask “unwelcome personal questions about an individual’s sexual orientation, gender expression or gender identity, or transgender status.” In other words, not only can women not prevent a person with full male equipment from entering their restroom or locker room, they can’t even ask what he is doing there.

Transgender People
•
Cross-dressers: A person who dresses in clothes traditionally associated with persons of the “opposite” gender. (Formerly known as Transvestites) Cross-dressers are the largest subgroup of Transgender people. Most cross-dressers are heterosexual men, though a number of other men and women cross-dress as well.

Perverts will take advantage of a situation WITH or WITHOUT these laws, lets just not have discrimination against a minority group that has NOTHING to do with it.

Excellent data, but all some care about is the perceived "rights" of a trans person, not the actual rights of the victims of assault, that will result from these laws.

They will take advantage of any leeway given, so it makes sense to NOT give that leeway. No one is being discriminated against by being told to use the facilities that correlate with their parts. Women are being discriminated against by being told they have to share a facility with someone who can't figure out who they actually are.

I would imagine if a trans Woman, pre-op let's say, went into the gents and stood pissing at a Urinal...an assulat would likely follow...but of course against the trans person.
Imagine a Friday night, half pissed hoodies coming across a trans person standing in the gents, in full female clothing?
Do you think that person is going to be walking, crawling or have to be stretchered out of that toilet?
All the talk of assault seems to be forgetting the obvious around here, the majority of attacks are against trans people, not from trans people.

And of course you don't seem to imagine that most transgenders are heterosexual even thou many cross dress, and in their minds they are partially females, which is why they cross dress. You don't imagine the amount of men, apart from transexuals, who will use these mandates to gain access into women's restrooms to video tape, take pictures, or even assault women... of course you don't mention this. After all, the "rights" of less than 1% of the population are more important than the rights of 50% or more of the population of the U.S... right?...
