Youre refrencing that guy who was lying about being transgender? See thats WHy i say you have to have proof and LOOK FEMALE. dude clearly didnt look female and he deliberatly did this to make transgenders look bad.

WHat about the security guard in DC recently? No one was making a fuss until he went up to a transgender going into the womens bathroom, and proceeded to grab on them.

How hard is it for normies(not you Greeneyedlady you get it it seems) to grasp that transgenders themselves agree the way you look is where you use the bathroom?
Its a law that didnt need to be made and now its getting attention and now you see a increase in jackazzes trying to abuse it.

Texas has a right, as a state, to decide for themselves, as does every other state. Why the defense of totalitarian laws, from an overgrown federal government? Wouldn't the curbing and outright stripping of personal rights and protections be considered totalitarian? Hmmmmmm....

Rape victims have a right to use a ladies' room without fearing the biological male who decides to go in one day, claiming he "feels like" a woman.

You really, really, don't know a thing about this, do you? Other than the same discredited talking points trotted about by the GOP? Can I ask something? Why do you hate so much? Is it because you don't understand it?

Sorry, but the old, tired, "You don't know about the issue." argument isn't going to cut it, especially coupled with the "Why do you hate..." nonsense. Got anything besides that old chestnut?

Deflection much? I still think it's a relevant criticism. And I really would like to know why you hate so much.

That's the thing; if no one had started raising a fuss, no one would have paid attention to those that used a restroom opposite their actual sex, if they appeared to be the opposite one.

Haven't read about that guard; do you have a link?

It's the people that would take advantage that are the biggest concern, and there are people that would. Not all who dress as the opposite sex actually look it, either. Some do - I have seen a few - but some don't. With those that don't, there would be a lot of discomfort from some assault victims, knowing a biological male was in what should be a female-only area.

If one can't tell, there isn't a problem, as long as the one using the facilities is not bothering anyone. No law is needed for that. I think we agree there!
