So a little kid slips up and calls a trans a he when it wants to be called a she.....kid gets suspended from school, receives a tarnished record, never gets accepted to the college they want to attend, all because a trans kid got the power to punish their peers.
Your pet agenda is not going to pass go, not going to collect 200 dollars.

This directive excludes inadvertent slips or honest mistakes in the use of preferred names or pronouns. However, the intentional or persistent refusal by students or school staff to respect a student’s gender identity (for example, intentionally referring to the student by a name or pronoun that does not correspond to the student’s gender identity) is a violation of these Guidelines, the Student Code of Conduct, and Comprehensive Non-Discrimination, Title IX and Sexual Harassment Policy. Such violations will result in appropriate consequences for offending staff and students. cps.edu...

No, facts.

What does that mean? Are you inferring I have a mental disorder? I am not sure I am grasping the point here.

If an individual with a reasoning brain says, "Bruce can change his name to Caitlyn, shoot up hormones, get breast implants, grow his hair long, paint his nails, and apply makeup, but my sense of reasoning tells me that he is still a 'he' complete with a penis, and I'm not going to enable the psychological fantasy he has that his gender is female"...we are all supposed to shame that person and force that individual to use language that for him/her is a lie!?!
The precise history of the Spivak pronouns is unclear, since they appear to have been independently created multiple times, each time likely without knowledge of the previous. The first recorded use of the pronouns was in a January 1890 editorial by one James Rogers, who derives e, es, and em from he and them in response to the proposed "thon". In 1975, Christine M. Elverson of Skokie, Illinois, won a contest by the Chicago Association of Business Communicators to find replacements for "she and he", "him and her", and "his and hers". Her "transgender pronouns" ey, em, and eir were formed by dropping the "th" from they, them, and their. (See 'em.) The article that first reported the pronouns treated them as something of a joke, concluding with the line, "A contestant from California entered the word 'uh' because 'if it isn't a he or a she, it's uh, something else.' So much of eir humor." en.wikipedia.org...
So, if a person with a penis demands that you call him a 'her' because that is how he/she identifies psychologically, and another person believes (without malice) that anyone with a penis is a male and that you are enabling a false idea by calling him a 'her', which person is to be punished?

Fundies are too slow to understand. What is puzzling is how their minority is controlling the majority. I think they are scared of Trump.
