Do you have some concrete proof that Bruce discussed a desire to be a female prior to the Kardashians? If so, please provide it.

Yeah, I agree with you about Kris. In fact, it was probably her idea. It sure has brought 10 times the amount of media attention to all of them.

Yep, Quite a bit of profit has been the result of this fabricated hoax. Course who ever did anything crazy for money. ~$heopleNation

I Knew I Was a Woman SINCE AGE 5/ Read more: www.tmz.com...

His 2nd wife Linda:

I found a therapist who specialized in gender dysphoria. Her name was Dr. Gertrude Hill, and we began going to her right away. She was a lovely woman who very calmly, and as gently as she could, massacred me with the information that broke my heart into a million pieces. She told me in one of the first few sessions, “Linda, this is who Bruce is. His identity is that of a woman, and that will never, ever go away. You have a choice to make. If Bruce goes through with his gender reassignment, as he is now planning to do, you have the option of staying with him after he becomes she, or you can divorce him and move on with your life.” She told us that 25 percent of transgender people commit suicide because they are so depressed and feel so hopeless. www.huffingtonpost.com...

Tmz? Those liars? Lmao! Don't be so gullible Annee, his ex wife Linda is just wetting her beak, and she will be rewarded when it's all said and done.

There is nothing political about my position on this, I have believed that it has been an orchestrated hoax from the very beginning. ~$heopleNation

I'd be really surprised if there was anything genuine about the whole group. They're like a badly written soap drama as it is.

And, as an outsider looking in, they're certainly not helping anyone's cause. If I owned a company I'd probably place Caitlyn Jenner and the ShamWow Guy on about the same spot on the list of people to be the spokesperson. Which is to say, her name would be extremely low on the list (like somewhere near the end of page 1000). And I'd still probably call the ShamWow Guy first.

People like Ellen, even though I don't agree with her on so many points, is a really compelling person to speak for LGBT issues. She's nice, she's funny, and she's obviously not made a career being an attention whore. Caitlyn... no.

You've seen my posts on other subjects. When do I do the "gullible emotional" bit?

If he knew that at age five, he wouldn't be second guessing himself at age 66.

If he's confused at age 66, there's no way in hell he knew what he was talking about at age five.

This is pretty simple stuff once you take emotion out of it and weigh reality instead.

It really doesn't matter if this person regrets what they did or not. The issue is why society had to suck up all the idiocy related to it.

Person says: I feel like a woman
Society: Erm ok then.
Person says: I don't feel like a woman any more.
Society: Erm ok then, again.

What shouldn't happen is that this kind of thing becomes the most important item in the news.

Right?

I'm just pointing out that some transgender people feel that there is an enormous benefit to surgically changing their bodies to match their identity. Other transgender people don't feel the need to undergo surgery. The important thing is to have the choice. If you were a transgender person and you opted not to have the surgery, I would support your decision. Just as I support a transgender person who opts for the surgery. I know a few transgender people who opted for the surgery and have lived happy lives with no regrets for many years. Just because it's not right for you doesn't mean it's not right for someone else. Could we at least agree on that?

I'll agree there are people who truly believe that surgery is the answer to their problem. I'll also agree that being cruel to anyone is not OK. Beating up or harassing anyone because of their way of being is simply not OK--not ever.

I will not agree that SRS seems in any way healthy. I will not endorse it as intrinsically good. I would not want it done to my son or daughter or loved one. And beyond that, I'd encourage people to accept themselves as they physically are and do they best they can with what they've got.

Circumsision is cutting away of health tissue. SO obviously God is OK with surgery if he allows that. Otherwise its a contradiction.

An anatomical male will never be an anatomical female. Ever. When they die and their bones are dug out of the earth hundreds of years later, their bones will identify them as physically male, whatever their soft parts were altered to be or social experience was.

I'm not saying this experience isn't distressing or that it is impossible to LIVE ( socially ) as a female. It's just not possible to fully become a true, physical female when one has been born male. A trans woman will never know the full extent of what it means to be born a "cis" woman. I'm sure that's frustrating for someone who truly believes they are female, but that doesn't make it any less true.

So what? Why is it so important that a transgender female has male chromosomes? So what if their bones say they are a certain biological sex? Why is it so important if a trans woman won't ever know the full extent of what it means to be born a cis-gender female (whatever that even means).

So what is your point? That because they will still have male chromosomes, they shouldn't bother living the life as the gender they identify with? What good will it do them to live a life that is not true to their identity? What good will it do them to be miserable in the bodies they feel have betrayed them? That might make you feel better, but it won't make them feel better. Why do you want them to be miserable their whole lives in bodies that don't match at all with their identities. At least with sexual reassignment surgery, they can look down and not see the penis that feels so foreign to them. If that makes them a happier person, what difference does it make that they still have male chromosomes?

And by the way, if you saw a naked transgender female whose transition was complete and very successful, you would never, ever, ever know that she was born a male without making her submit a chromosome test. And that transgender female would say she was close enough to being a real female to have made it worth the surgeries, hormones etc. And that's all that really matters here.

You know i think these peoples hang ups with this revolve arounfd them imagining transgenders as men sleeping with just men. Alot though still like the opposite sex though so there goes that generalization.
