Beautiful day here 24c clear skies ...

The peace was shattered a few moments ago,
with the arrival of two Chinook helicopters flying over my home.
They are the military ones with two rotors ... so loud and deep. They were heading to Williamtown RAAF base.

Too many people in summer on the beaches for my liking. In France I live up a mountain, but the coast is only about 45 minutes away - the best of both worlds
