Trump and Sanders both keep the Establishment leaders up at night. If either win, I'm ok. Though with Bernie, we all get a pay cut....yay....

Of course, it's all a moot point though.

Hillary will get the nomination. The RNC will find a way to deny Trump, and even if they didn't, he wouldn't win vs. Hillary anyhow. Cruz certainly won't...and once snubbed by the RNC, an independent Trump won't either.

So, any way you slice it, we've got at least 4 years of Hillary to look forward to.

You may be right, but rooting for Trump seems to irritate the heck out of people, and I've become amused by the reactions.

How irritated will you be when I unfold the "I told you so" banner before November?

There is no way the GOP will give Trump the nomination, unless he does a 180 and starts making noises like a democrat.

If he get's it, I'll eat my shoes!

Trump? Are You People That Gullible?

You really need to ask?

NOWHERE in your Post have you Mentioned the Specifics of the Allegations you put forth Against Mr. Trump . This is Nothing more than a Feeble attempt at Ranting on about someone you Dislike for your Own Personal Reasons . I recommend this Thread be placed in the RANT Forum where it Obviously Belongs .

As I've said many times now. . . .

It really doesn't matter who gets in. Nothing will change, even with Bernie or Hillary.

Taxes will go up, regardless.
Freedoms will be lost, regardless.

There will still be homeless, hungry, unemployed Americans.

It's like we're arguing in a casino as to which table will pay out when in reality, the House always wins.

But I like Trump. I'm enjoying the political season. So I play the game.

Only I do realize that it is a game.

I have ZERO love for Trump. The gullibility of his followers is just as appalling and surprising as the Bernie Sanders followers.

Had to star that...I feel the same way and am enjoying the game as well. Not to brag but I've been pretty consistent in my electoral picks and done fairly well in GB where they allow betting on elections.

How are Trump folk more gullible than those who want more of the same ole same ole establishment types? Who are you voting for and whomever it may be, please explain why you are not more or less gullible than those who support Trump!

BTW, I find your military pose in your avatar quite amusing considering Trump seems to me more pro military than the pandering of the typical politicians in this presidential race?

His election didn't irritate me in the least...However I was irritated that he carried forth with "W" neocon agenda.

I don't expect any thing different with this election either. The pattern is established.

I'm under the impression that American politics has become that much of a laughing stock to the "Elite" , they're just trolling you with Hitlery Trump and Sanders .

It's obviously Hitlery that will win ...... c'mon ....... who else will send the troops marching down your street ?

Trump has had his sheets washed for him for too long , he doesn't even know what dignity is let alone freedom or liberty . His life is money , an all-round bad choice. Also he speaks like an imbecile.

Sanders , got a year in him ... max .

Hitlery Clinton , the first female President .... when Bill was in office .

C'mon , you know I'm right .

You just know it.

1- I didn't join the military to have politicians of any kind pander to me and tell me they'll take care of me because I'm "so deserving". It's bull#. Fact is I'm a well taken care of veteran already. My status as a veteran gives me hiring preference for state and federal jobs. I get college paid for up to a Bachelors, the VA pays me 30% of my enlistment wage for a disability connected to combat(which is more than fair considering my actual disability level).

We do get taken care of. There's still work to be done for those among us who are mentality ill, or are homeless, but the problem isn't even close to a big as people make it out to be.

2- Politicians say ANYTHING to get elected. I don't consider Trump a Conservative. He's not even a libertarian. He's a business man who is making promises he can't keep, just like every other politician.

3- Wanna help vets? Let's get the VA fixed, and while you're at it, punch a politician right in the effing face.

I'm really starting to love these anti-Trump threads.

It's the same, "He'll bring the end of humanity" BS.

My response is "Whoopty sh*t!"

People choose to vote for a slow death of everything they hold dear or a quick one. The thing is, the quick one actually provokes a reaction. I'm banking on reaction. I vote Trump. If he is as bad as the detractors are stating, surely it will make people react with the fervor necessary to effect change upon this hopeless heap of bureaucratic sh*t we call a country.

I'm doing it for everybody that was taught this was some kind of representative republic.

The rest of the parasitic class can wither and die.

You say WE get taken care of, but not all of you DO get taken care of? You may be as fortunate as my 80 year old father who appreciates the care they are given at their VA hospital while other Vets are not as fortunate? BTW I am a Vet also and old enough to remember this recent VA scandal is nothing new! It is a political tool that is rehashed every 6 or so years if my memory serves me correctly and as predicted much outrage is portrayed by the people and elected officials but for some strange reason, nothing is ever done to permanently correct it, other than outrage and perhaps throwing more money at it!

Be that as it may, you didn't answer my question. You obviously dislike Trump and so much so that you call anyone who supports him gullible! So as I said previously, "Who do you support, and why does supporting that individual make you more or less gullible than someone who support Trump?"?

I never liked trump from what i have read over the years - it seems like its shame the USA have those to pick from when none are ideal.

I wont way in and say who i think is best because i really havnt got a clue as to all the details on the candidates, i feel quite sorry for the US atm.

Lets just hope that if trump does or even who ever else that wins, they do a better job than obama because.... hes not really done much to stand out.

Is Obama a better pick than the candidates running? Id like to think not, but...... well i guess we all wait and see

Anyway, theres 2 pence from across the pond, i'll go crawl back under my rock in the UK.

I currently don't have a dog in this fight.

The fact is I'm tired of having choices between two authoritarian factions.

I wish Paul would have stayed in, but he didn't.

You'll notice he hasn't endorsed anyone for POTUS. Neither will I.

I can deal with that! I wrote R.P. in myself. I have also voted Libertarian rather than D/R. I guess my questions to you were due to you calling Trump supporters gullible? Hell, I was excited when Ross Perot tried to run!

Honestly, even if Trump is elected, I am not expecting much, because the global establishment, *ie those who are supposed to serve and uphold the Constitution but serve others* will continue selling us out wholesale to the Corporatocracy.

I am just trying to wrap my head around those who are not willing to take a chance. More of the same ole same ole, will bring another *if we are lucky* 4 years of the same ole same ole?

Nothing will change until people in this country become uncomfortable to the point where they will worry about where the next meal comes from.

We are 3 meals away from insanity in this country. No amount of voting for jackasses with no grasp of this very fundamental fact is going to change that.

Under 100 posts and already insulting the membership. I mean, that's a perfect way of making friends

If the overriding purpose is to make friends on ATS what happens to the truth? Because regarding "truth" and friendship - there will always have to be compromises.

We have been told over and over that the majority is always right. The truth is the majority is always wrong!

It never ceases to amaze me how some people can make accusations and spout off statements without first checking to see if they are legitimate claims. Well you can't fix stupid. First, you say in your post Trump was single handedly responsible for destruction of so many lives. Really?? That is an interesting statement but you don't follow it up.. Just where and how and how many specifically. How has he demonstrated his greed? By working his a** off and making money? Only to go broke and work hard to again have wealth? Then you say you will list the ways he has sabotaged the values he claims to have. This is where your ignorance really shows its form. Tell the truth.. you are not a well informed voter and you have never bothered to research candidates only spout off ridiculous gossip. You say gambling addiction. Ever visited trumpcasinos.com? You should. First thing you see is a whole lotta information how his staff is trained to recognize problem gambling and to talk to people about getting help.. you speak of alcoholism, you are joking surely. I am happy to give you this very real fact.. Donald Trump has NEVER smoked, or drank or done drugs. especially the kind you must be on. I could go on but this is enough information for a small mind.
