I've thought I'd like to go to Australia but I'd probably spend the whole time indoors with the doors locked.

One good thing about the UK ....... I can put shoes on, in the dark, and be pretty sure I'll survive the day without a trip to A&E, I can also dip my toe in any public waterway / watercourse / pond / lake etc. and not one dinosaur will jump out at me, I also can brush past a web in the shed and not be killed by an arachnid ........ swim in the Bristol Channel, North Sea, Irish Sea etc and not become shark bait ...... be stung by a jellyfish and the pain will not kill, maim or scar me for life!!

Australia ........ to me Check, Check, Check, Check precautions to go through before you can do anything ........... thought a pilots check-list was long prior to take off or landing? try the unwritten Aussie check-list LOL

I've heard that even Vegemite doesn't keep the giant ones away. All you can do when you see one of them is run away screaming like a 5 year old girl - they don't like the high pitched noise.
