If she is brought-up on charges, people such as myself are in the clear because I have not come to any definitive conclusion. On the other hand, if she is not charged, many, many people have egg on their face and will have a nasty black stain on their reputation over this issue.

We all know your girl won't be prosecuted regardless of what she did. Even if there was a CCTV the video would be lost, the "alarm system" (FOIA) was intentionally bypassed, and her "assistants" are being given immunity. You may be hiring, but you are replacing living wage jobs with minimum wage jobs and then leading a national revolt to raise the minimum wage, your unemployment figures are down because people aren't looking for work any more. Check your welfare and SSD rolls and you'll find those lost workers I'm sure.
