Executive Order 13526- Classified National Security Information
Section 1.1. Classification Standards. (a) Information may be originally classified under the terms of this order only if all of the following
conditions are met:
(3) the information falls within one or more of the categories of information listed in section 1.4 of this order
(d)
The unauthorized disclosure of foreign government information is presumed to cause damage to the national security.
Sec. 1.4. Classification Categories. Information shall not be considered for classification unless its unauthorized disclosure could reasonably be
expected to cause identifiable or describable damage to the national security in accordance with section 1.2 of this order, and it pertains to one or
more of the following:
(b)
foreign government information
(c) intelligence activities (including covert action), intelligence sources or methods, or cryptology
(d)
foreign relations or foreign activities of the United States, including confidential sources
Clearly states that the US government considers some information classified when it originated, or originally classified. This information includes
the ones listed above. Commonly referred to as "born classified".
For 4 years, Hillary and her associates emailed each other (b) foreign government information and about (d) foreign relations or foreign activities on
an unclassified email server, in direct violation of federal laws concerning classified information. Sidney Blumenthal will most likely be used for
unauthorized disclosure.

Sec. 1.2. Classification Levels. (a) Information may be classified at one of the following three levels:
(1) "
Top Secret" shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause exceptionally
grave damage to the national security that the original classification authority is able to identify or describe.
(2) "
Secret" shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause serious damage to the
national security that the original classification authority is able to identify or describe.
(3) "
Confidential" shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause damage to the
national security that the original classification authority is able to identify or describe.
(b) Except as otherwise provided by statute,
no other terms shall be used to identify United States classified information.
Imagine that,, there is no security marking called "classified".
2. As used in this Agreement, classified information is marked or unmarked classified information, including oral communications.
Hillary acknowledged in Feb 2009 that classified information may be marked or unmarked.

1. Intending to be legally bound, I hereby accept the obligations contained in this Agreement in consideration of my being granted access to
classified information.
2. As used in this Agreement, classified information is marked or unmarked classified information, including oral communications
3. I hereby acknowledge that I have received a security indoctrination concerning the nature and protection of classified information
4. I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of classified information by me could cause
damage or irreparable injury to the United States or could be used to advantage by a foreign nation
5. I understand that if I am uncertain about the classification status of information, I am required to confirm from an authorized official that the
information is unclassified before I may disclose it
6. I have been advised that any unauthorized disclosure of classified information by me may constitute a violation, or violations, of United States
criminal laws, including the provisions of sections 641, 793, 794, 798, *952 1924, title 18, United States Code; *the provisions of section 783(b],
title 50, United States Code; and the provisions of the Identities Protection Act of 1982. I recognize that nothing in this Agreement constitutes a
waiver by the United States of the right to prosecute me for any statutory violation.
7. I understand that all classified information to which I have access or may obtain access by signing this Agreement is now and will remain the
property of, or under the control of the United States Government and until otherwise determined by an authorized official or final ruling of a court
of law.
8. I agree that I shall return all classified materials which or may come into my possession or for which I am responsible.
