Isis was Osiris consort. Osiris is Nimrod in Egypt. El is a God, Nimrod a Rephaim(part Nephilim).

What? An Oasis concert? Are they even still touring?

But it makes sense if red=blue in New York and cactus=sandshoe in Belgium.

As to your comment that I'm anti-human. That's just a dumb thing to say as I am human and I am not anti-me. You are the fool of fools because you think you can tell me what to do on this, a free speech driven forum for alternative ideas, a place for the enlightened...and you.

the Bible tells us the children of Israel worshipped other gods. But they did worship the Lord God the Almighty who it the most high and exalted one in heaven. And we know as our Lord Jesus Christ.

All I am saying is that in, say, Jacobs day, that whoever the Israelites tribal God was, there was also above that God, El, the Most High, who is not Yahweh.

Now fast forward to Isaiah's day, Yahweh was the Most High, but he wasn't the usurped El, he simply took his place of honor. El was no longer worshipped.

You aren't good at jokes, stick to bible thumping. You can't even stand the mention of a different religion? Lame ass comment. I bet your next comment will be too, but you'll think you really stuck it to me while I laugh at you.

Your probably mad because I made a popular thread that makes your beliefs questionable. 8 flags and counting. I hope flags are good.

You are outnumbered by others who have clearly refuted your original post.

It is the best you have ever done.

It's only my 2nd thread so that really isn't saying much. What is the source of your bitterness, that I have a right to make known the truth about Israelites in ancient Canaan not being remotely monotheistic or that Yahweh and El are two different entities, El being about a thousand years older than the cult of Yahweh.

Israel didn't bump Yahweh up to Most High until after the Babylonian captivity, I sense that this makes you upset.

It was thousands of years ago get over it.

Outnumbered, sure. Refuted, not even close, that's something you have to say to reassure yourself. But I never strayed from the passage that in itself proves me correct. It's irrefutable that you can't self inherit something. It's irrefutable that the Masoretes altered the texts to reflect their new beliefs. The Greek and the Masoretic don't agree. Anyone with half a brain can deduce the deception here. I'm just exposing the truth, never popular with bible thumpers who hate there religious beliefs being put under a microscope. I'm satisfied, I proved my point in the op, the rest was just fun.

In the book of Exodus, Moses climbs the mountain to communicate with Yahweh. Whilst he is gone, the Israelites pool their gold and make Yahweh a golden bull(not calf) and Yahweh gets PISSED. Why wouldhe get mad about a gift, they weren't worshipping it, it was FOR Yahweh? And the ten commandments hadn't been handed down yet.

The bull was the symbol of El, and Yahweh didn't want to be worshipped as El, he wanted to BE El. "Have no God's before me." Is one of the commandments that would be given soon after, so we know that more God's were believed in, but not worshipped. El was one of those God's, and the "Father" of Yahweh (and Jesus).

I completely refuted and debunked that stance. You are confusing a title with a name.

I am sorry, but you are incorrect. The KJV diverges from original texts, especially the dead sea scrolls causing a major shift in doctrine. If anything, better translations are what are preserving the word, saving it from a faulty translation.

SO now that you realize you have been proven wrong you are moving the goal posts? El Elyon is a title, not a name.

Your gonna feel foolish, El is a name, Elyon is a title. So I haven't "moved" anything or been proven wrong or changed my mind.

You should learn stuff about things if you're going to try and trip me up. El is the NAME of the Canaanite deity. Elyon is a title meaning Most High. And you're not very observant because I haven't remotely changed anything I've said as everything I said is true and doesn't need revising.

But have a good day!

Once again someone attempting to make or break the entire Christian faith on the English translation of one verse of the Bible.

Jjkenobi: If the truth breaks your faith then it wasn't much faith to begin with.

I know the truth, and like Jesus says, it set me free. I have no desire to influence anyone who doesn't want to be influenced.

But I am going to tell the truth, I promised the Holy Spirit I would, and I take that promise very seriously.

Only a hater would hate on someone who's goal is to spread a little knowledge.

Only a sadist would think that a God who is merciful like El existing over the demon Yahweh is bad news.

Oh no, a merciful God, how terrible of me to promote such a hideous concept. I shouldn be shot.

One verse, huh. How many things are thought of as fact off of one verse?

How many of the many verses in The Bible are true? All of them, every verse. If one verse said cows are made of marmalade it would be considered a fact. It's The Bible.

One verse is the difference between existence and non-existence if you can wrap your head around that.

What your attempting is a negative attitude towards the truth for the sake of delusion and a really bloodthirsty demon named Yahweh who has killed and ordered to be killed more people than all the hitlers, pharaohs and herods put together times a million.

I'm saying Big Daddy EL is not that guy, he is higher, he is the truth Most High EL and you would just as soon choose Yahweh in this case.

Or would you? I won't assume.

Yahweh is the most evil person/entity, and the most demonic, in the Bible.

It is not whether is agrees or disagrees with any text. It is about God keeping his promise to preserve his words.
