The real way Bernie is winning is because when all is said and done and after Killary takes the nomination.... he ultimately hasn't lost anything and has gained by raising his notoriety and will cash in on speaking fees and probably write a book about the whole experience.

Exactly, most candidates don't even expect to win, the publicity is enough to bank on.

The old right-wingers are dying off, thank God, and being replaced with more-enlightened younger people.

Yeah.
Right.
Smarter. Uh Huh.

Every generation has seen themselves as the savior of the world and they are younger, smarter, more informed, blah, blah, blah. From what I've seen, the younger folks haven't changed much since they elected the last loser almost 8 years ago and yet, are obviously no wiser, because they are about to fu** up all over again. Please, keep thinking "free" stuff is actually free. Till you see your paycheck. Oh wait, you won't have to work, because you'll all be sharing the wealth. Right? Your going to depend on your fellow Socialists to feed you, house you, clothe you, take care of your kids, [ please don't reproduce ]pay your bills........
Yep, Every thing is going to be just fine with you in charge.

One further thing: I speak of what Bernie has done "against all odds". Keep in mind that the MSM has been crazily prejudiced against Bernie from the very start. They refuse to cover his rallies, they refuse to give him (more than token) airtime, etc. Only recently, as his insurgency has gained obvious mass momentum, has this let up to some extent. TPTB DO NOT WANT people to be talking about inequality and massive private sector corruption and all the big important issues! That's why they ignored him. But they can't ignore him anymore, and it is likely that they cannot ignore the big issues anymore. The people are starting to FORCE the conversation onto what is important. THAT'S PROGRESS, FOLKS. Whether or not Bernie wins.

I can't find the article, but I read that Sanders and Hillary were getting almost exactly equal TV time.

Additionally, Sanders has spent DOUBLE what Clinton has on advertising. How is this "miraculous?"

Bernie is winning -- already HAS WON, in a sense

Bernie is the equivalent of Ron Paul for the GOP . Like Ron Paul did, Bernie will likely wake up some people on the DNC side to how corrupt the system is once Hillary gets the nomination.

Sadly, despite more people being awaken to the rigged system, I think its to late .

Part of the reason that Ron Paul and Bernie became such a force was because of the internet. The internet provided the freedom for people to anonymously speak freely and to call out B$ that was put out by the DNC,GOP, and the MSM.

Hence I think 2016 will be the year that the Internet will be labelled a terrorist safe haven and the gov't will go full retard on internet regulations. They do not like the freedom of bi-directional communications when it comes to propaganda.

Because people hate the ruling class clintons and he is the only other choice.

But he will not be allowed to win even he gets more votes because as already proven, Democrats Inc. hates the democratic process.

Bernie is down 503 delegates to 70.
Hillary has a substantial lead where it counts.
Sanders will not be the democratic candidate.

The second the internet goes down for discussing these things, and I'm left with no other option is the day I buy a gun and say # it and go all "pitchfork" and get myself killed at least fighting.

I don't think they'll do that considering this. Our ability to vent, bitch and get it out of our system is one of the few things protecting them as much as it harms them. Pent up anger explodes.

NATIONAL POLL: Sanders 42.6% - Clinton 42.5% - Undecided 14.9%

Warning PDF link!

mclaughlinonline.com...

Considering HRC has been planning and building a network of supporters since she started her 2008 bid for president, Sanders start of his campaign 10 months ago is pretty much coming out of nowhere. Now he has passed HRC in a national poll, HRC is feeling the Bern!

Say no to private prison, vote Sanders!

There are different levels of bankruptcy for businesses. Some are paid back.

Do you hate Trump because he used the protections put in place for him to use?
Sounds like you should take it up with the policy makers.

Making up scenarios that your guy is winning is pretty weird.

Change your title to why isn't Bernie leading, you would be telling the truth then.

It's way too early to call a winner. Every poll and their mom is going to try and sway votes.

Thanks, but I beg to differ. They ARE wiser. Many of them, just like the OWS crowd, have awoken to having been sold down the river by fake "progressive" Obama, who did nothing but move the country further to the right. If they had not learned anything, then they would be lined up behind HRC. But they are not. They've wised-up, to an extent. Now, I will agree that they have a ways to go. Bernie himself is far from a good candidate. He is soft on militarism and war, etc., as I believe I pointed out up thread. But he is FAR, FAR better than the nearest competition -- and that is good enough, for right now.

And BTW I don't see the young generation as magical "saviors" of the world. Just a little smarter than their parents, is all. They are not buying the bulls**t anti-socialism/anti-government neoliberal crap that their parents bought in to.

Please, keep thinking "free" stuff is actually free. Till you see your paycheck. Oh wait, you won't have to work, because you'll all be sharing the wealth. Right?

ALL of our paychecks will be getting bigger, in purchasing power, as we get rid of the plutocrats and parasites that are sucking us dry.

There are tons of Hillary supporters. The reason you don't see any is likely because of your personal bubble and that ATS treats Hillary supporters almost as bad as they treat Hillary.

People often forget that ATS isn't an accurate representative of the opinions of the entire country. Heck that is true of the whole internet at large with all the personal echo chambers you can go to and just hear people who agree with you all the time.

Bernie isn't winning though... In fact after Nevada, he may not win at all if he can't secure more of the minority vote share. Though his finish there WAS impressive.

For the first time, Bernie is polling ahead of Hillary nationally...going into Super Tuesday even. He closed up a 30 point Hillary lead in two months.

I predict he will do very well on Super Tuesday and super-delegates can always change their support. I think they will if he sweeps on Super Tuesday.

(Not that I necessarily support Bernie. I actually think he's The Chosen One 2.0.)

... and this will be another way that Bernie WINS even if (perhaps even especially if) he does not win the nomination. If the voters clearly prefer Bernie, or if it is 50:50, while HRC gets some huge fraction of delegates far out of proportion to the popular vote and obvious will of the people, it will no longer be deniable that our "elections" are nothing but bought-and-paid-for circuses. HRC, and all the establishment, LOSES by way of "winning". See? In this way, among others, Bernie has already won.

I have one on my FB friend list. He's like a yapping toy poodle who won't shut up long enough to listen to anyone else. He has a rule that you cannot post anything negative on his Hillary posts.

I was a Hillary supporter, in 2008, and I know they exist in numbers. I just can't understand what she has accomplished since then to change democrat-voter minds. Benghazi? Her email scandal?

These aren't things that changed my mind about her though. I actually stepped out of my comfort zone and took a good long look at the Clinton/Bush family ties. They run deep.

Again, super-delegates can change their mind and likely will if voter preference starts to reflect Bernie.
