If you don't like Bernie don't vote for him. Simple, it is amusing seeing the amount of veiled anti sanders threads popping up on ATS. There's enough information on Bernie for voters to make an educated decision regarding who they are voting for in this election. There has never been a time where information on candidates has been so available to the public, use it and make an educated decision.

1) Trump is the only other Candidate speaking of Super Pacs also. (I'm not stumping for Trump here)

Trump failed the immigration political litmus test horribly. Bernie Sanders is the only one who said the truth from What I have seen.

You stop immigration by going after the corporation that hire them and take away their incentives to come here. That is why we dont have an issue in the Canadian border, Canadians have no incentive to come work here for slave wages.

Unlike trump who just wants to capitalize in the virtual immigration crisis and build a billion dollar wall that he is likely to make some money of , since he has a builders background.

2) You cannot, in theory, support Sanders and be a Libertarian. Not even a Libertarian Socialist. Bernie follows NO Libertarian model out there.

Screw theory. This not about supporting Sanders its about LONG term strategy to hopefully open the door for a third party like the libertarian party down the road with the hand we have been dealt.

As long as corruption is not addressed and brought to the forefront ,no political ideology or third party well ever get a chance to be heard.

With the other candidates : Rubio,Cruz, and Hillary I see no no changes what so ever with the oligarch we have. Trump is either a 50/50 chance in completely trashing this country and going tyrant or making a difference I see no middle ground with him.

Bernie is atleast talking about corruption and will likely have a lameduck congress. So he MIGHT be the more worthwhile candidate from the crap pool we have.

Bernie Sanders, if elected president, would become a 1%er, an elitist.

Him, bringing socialism to a corrupt oligarchy would usher in communism so fast it would make Lenin's head spin.

People have stopped putting their trust and faith in themselves and spend countless hours, days, weeks,, years. . . looking for someone to save them.

People have become victims.

As you, OP, so aptly put, they are "Bern Victims".

People who have lost faith in themselves.

Are you going to back up your post?

Republicans and from where? Big corporations? What do you mean?

Be specific

Look, you need to check out their Board of Directors, NOT the staff.

I started to prepare a detailed response on each of them, but my phone just lost everything I had written and I'm not going through the trouble to reassemble the information again.

Their Board of Directors is made up of past Republican Congressional Representatives, right leaning tax lawyers and heads of Big Corporations, including big Pharma.

I can't find a single moderate or left leaning member on the entire board.

Do your own research and I'm confident you will learn that The Tax Foundation is hardly non-partisan.

As far as I can tell, they're not even bi-partisan.

The Red Scare is officially back.

The grass isnt always greener on the other side. In this case, its likely red.

Voters will need to decide if its worth the risk.

Silver lining: he gets a max of 8 yrs... the same cant be said about his policies unfortunately. Hopefully, if elected, the lame duck adjective sticks.

If Bernie had some balls, he is so scared of Clinton calling him out for being sexist if he even mumbles facts about her. The only non politician that admits their past mistakes and calls people out is Trump. No matter what You think about Trump, You cant argue that the guy calls Hilary out and Bernie wont.

Bernie literally just called her out over association with Henry Kissinger (or is it Kessinger?) in the last debate.

Oh for god's sake, come on, you're better than this. You can say his policies would crash his economy (though you'd be wrong) but stop going on about this Communism bullsh*t. Bernie is not a Communist. He has never been a Communist. And he will not make the US a Communist country. It's a strawman, a fake, a fallacy, a lie with no basis in reality.

"Become" victims? People are victims. Victims of a system that has been rigged against them and a planet that is spiraling towards a ruin kicked off before they were even born. Supporting Sanders is their way of fighting back. What are they supposed to do? Buy a gun and start executing corporate executives?

As to Bernie becoming the "1%", he's been involved in politics for thirty plus years, and his net worth is under a million dollars.
Most of that value is his house.

Even if I allowed that Bernie was the most honest man to walk the earth, his bringing socialism to a corrupt oligarchy would result in communism just because of how corrupt our system is.

As for victims? You're only a victim if you allow yourself to be.

Whats with all the "just sayings" on this site? Whats that? I've used it too, so I'm talking to myself as well. I think this is some type half a$$ed apology for some perceived PC infraction or for simply stating your opinion?

Why don't we just state our opinion and if anyone else doesn't like it well, thats THEIR problem? Just saying.

If Bernie became president and brought about his socialist policies, he'd be done in 4 years, 8 years tops.

But his policies would be in place forever.

Ripe for someone else to come by and abuse.

I think there is no fixing this thing. This house of cards will fall of it's own shoddy construction. You can't build anything, make anything of quality from slave labour.

Blaming human nature is a cop out. The true culprit is long term conditioning. It's about time we started conditioning people something new. An egalitarian society wouldn't be that difficult to accomplish.

I didn't sleep at all well last night. You deserve the benefit of doubt so I will assume you make that assertion with the very best of intentions.

The problem is that successfully imposing an egalitarian mindset on society is a logical fallacy. What you propose means the total destruction of the human spirit and free thought. Orwell would feel right at home.

I started about two years ago to attempt to open a few eyes without painting a target on my forehead. Many of those that I made uncomfortable at the time have come back and grudgingly recognized what had just transpired as being exactly what I'd said was coming.

Like it or not, we all will eventually see your "conditioning" come to pass. I'm showing the full link so that anyone who wishes can download the entire despicable document. Just be aware that I've experienced DDoS attacks in the past for daring to view and download documents publicly available from Daught_Gee_Oh_Vee sites. Make sure your system is up to date and well protected:
www.acf.hhs.gov...

Having read the entire thing, it has occurred to me that a Mom, a Dad, a Mom & Dad or even a Mom & a Mom or a Dad & a Dad will only be faces in the crowd to their kids if this Machiavellian BS is implemented. For example, look at this footnoted sentence from the very first paragraph:

The purpose of this policy statement is to provide recommendations from the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Education (ED) on systematically engaging families[1] in their children’s development, learning, and wellness, across early childhood and elementary education settings.

If that seems benign to you, let's take a look at their footnote and what is considered a "family".

[1] The term “family” is used to include all the people who play a role in a child’s life and interact with a child’s early childhood program or school. This may include fathers, mothers, grandparents, foster parents, formal and informal guardians, and siblings, among others. CornShucker's emphasis

What idiocy. I am so tired of idiotic hyperbole people keep repeating that under bernie, or any other leftist for that matter, "everyone will get paid the same". No one is advocating that. No one HAS ever advocated that, other than Marx. Please, get off it.

The argument here is not about weather all people should make the same money or not. Stop debating that point, no one else is. There are plenty other points to debate THAT REALLY EXIST. let it go, for gods sake.

Bernie appeals to the naive and foolish. He is 'likable' so he must be good for America. He is going to tax those evil 'rich' people and give me free stuff. The reality is those 'rich' people can afford to leave the United States and take their wealth with them and the rest of us will be stuck here in his Authoritarian cesspool of failure and misery.

i agree 100%. your smashing the sanders fan-club. im a collage age person and when i ask my peers why they like sanders they literary have no answers but " i like free stuff" and "he is not trump" and then im crazy and dumb for having reasons against him that are based on research and actual thought.

sanders also thinks "climate change" (i prefer the name carbon imperialism) is a big issue even though its phony and wants to take our guns. this should be massive red flags on him. he is straight up full of poo and he knows it.
