Just listened to Cruz speech and noticed a profound lack of enthusiasm for some of his points

Listening to Bernie now and enthusiasm is great and he is so unassuming and humble.

I don't know who i will vote for now. Never liked Cruz...he is a right wing Obama.

And I am or have been a right libertarian leaning independent.

OMG...Hillary is grating and yelling in that post-menopausal nasal twang like she's angry that Bernie did as well as she did. Gosh she's annoying to listen to!

Bill Clinton standing behind Hillary while she's speaking... He looks gaunt and high as a kite. Zoned out.

He doesn't look up to the job as the first First Husband.

If anyone is to say one thing about Bernie, it's that he's damned passionate when he speaks. He's not pandering -- Cruz's speech, my god, talk about pandering -- he's not doing that, he's genuinely concerned about what he's talking about. That is a rare attribute in any politician, anyone can admit that much.

OK I'm confused
How can Cruz say he is anti Washington? He has been in the Senate the last 4 years and he has done squat.

I agree. Cruz is not "anti-establishment". Neither is Sanders for that matter.

I have seen thread after thread about Sanders, not a single one regarding Clinton.

I'm not a big fan of social media, I don't watch much television, and I've never met a single Hilary supporter. I've seen "Hilary for Prison" shirts, and seen Bernie bumper-stickers, but never anything Clinton.

It blows my mind that she has such staggering support, or the appearance thereof.

That impassioned speech may well lead him to victory in the end. It's what sailed Obama right into the White House. If people feel like they can FEEL some sort of passionate yearning/promises/etc. from someone, they will fall right in line and remain loyal to the end.

HE is the most hated GOP member of the Senate... I have my doubts on whether he can get things done from the Oval Office, but Cruz has been a thorn in the cesspool that used to be the peoples voice in Capitol Hill...

Sanders is anti-establishment in the sense that he is anti-the current-establishment. (Wall Street, Banksters, Billionnaires, etc.)

He's not anti-establishment like libertarians are, though.

Another reason why whoever is declared the “winner” of tonight’s Democratic caucuses is as much a matter of spin as anything else: Iowa doesn’t report votes, but instead something called “state delegate equivalents.” It’s possible that more people caucused for Sanders tonight but that Clinton will win more state delegate equivalents because her vote was distributed more evenly. Then again, Clinton did lead in the Iowa entrance polls. Without an actual vote count from Iowa, we’ll never know.

This Iowa Caucus vote is like the Salem witch trials inasfar as Hillary is the witch and Bernie is the stake she's tied to - and she is currently feeling the Bern.

Bern MF Bern.

He can say it because most folks that vote don't know whether it's the truth or not because they only pay attention to politics one day every four years. They can lie, because the majority lacks the knowledge to call it out for what it is.

I'm sorry Hillary supporters but I absolutely hate her. She is lying through her @#$%^&* teeth right now.

They had Hillary's speech on the large screens tonight and the Bernie crowd began cheering "she's a liar"....over and over.

Good mix of people as well. Lot's of families, some kids and surprisingly a lot of older folks.
