Fixing what this socialist president has done to our once-great country requires a "just as extreme" change.

Yeah ok...... He cant fix anything if Congress dont let him and they wont.

But hey Vote for Trump. "He Will make America Great again" and after he does maybe you can import some magic unicorns in from North Korea!

Make America Great again = Hope and Change.

The "Hope and Change" that has been crammed down our throats as we choke on it was always the wrong direction. You don't need to hope and definitely don't need change if you are happy with where you are (or in this case...were). I don't want to change my children...they are great. I don't want to change my wife...she is perfect. The things I love don't need changing nor hope. They are perfect as they are even with their little flaws. Much the way our country was at one point...and if I have my way, will be again.

On that note...a funny little thing about humans. If a human died and went to heaven, which is supposed to be the most wonderful place...how long before they got bored of it and wanted to change it? I'd give it a year or so. We humans are never happy with "where we are". We always seek something better. But when things are great and we continue to execute change...we destroy great and then our descent begins...down the hill...further and further from what was once great.

I think you missed the context of my post.

I was not defending Obama and his "hope and Change"

Just pointing out Trumps "make America Great again" is just a brainless slogan like Obama and he won’t accomplish any more than Obama did and the Status quo will continue as the US president can change very little without congress.

Trump is ONLY running for the sake of his own ego, and certainly not for the sake of the American people! I hope he never gets the support of "the powers that be," but the latter should always be US, and not some other undefined group. This is OUR country and we must keep it that way!

I'd prefer to think that neither Trump nor Sanders will ever become president of the United States because they are both utterly unacceptable candidates but for entirely different reasons.

It's how he handled the situation that gives his true intentions away. These people were escorted out into the cold by Trump's goons. Is that the kind of person who should be running for president of the United States? I don't think so! He has no tolerance whatsoever for anyone who opposes him.

Trump will never answer any of these questions because if he tried to do so, he would be exposed for what he really is to the voting public. That's why he ducked out of the Jan. 28, 2016 Republican Party debate, and that's why he simply cannot ever be regarded as a serious candidate for president.

Maybe you ought to try some reality before you worry about fear. If reality is applied in this election there won't be anything to fear.

You're correct to be concerned about the intentions of immigrants coming across our borders if we cannot properly vet them and know whether they intend us harm. But senators like Ted Cruz unwisely voted to restrict our ability to vet these folks and we're really not able to do so sufficiently enough to be able to adequately protect our interests and security.

But as soon as we can do the proper vetting, we should no longer try to restrict them as much as we are doing presently, since many of these immigrants both from Syria as well as from Mexico have suffered greatly at the hands of the same people we fear ourselves. Obama just wants to allow them in now, vetting notwithstanding ,and that is unwise at best and suicidal at worst.

Donald Trump is the only chance this country has of returning to our Constitution as far as this lifelong conservative sees it. Sanders is the opposite and a threat to the remaining threads of freedom, and all the rest are Illuminati puppets who are guaranteed to continue to # on the American people and the Constitution. Never before has the correct choice for president been so clear. That said, I don;t see how the establishment can let Donald Trump live to enter the White House as he is the greatest threat to the so-called 'elite' the world has seen.

It is fun to read shill posts like the OP.

Talk about a shill post! While I agree with you about Sanders being a disaster, you just couldn't be more wrong about Trump. Do you really believe he supports constitutional rights? What about the First Amendment right to free speech and assembly? He throws people out into the cold if they hackle or disagrees with them. What about the birthright clause of the 14th amendment? he actually favors doing away with it. And the only thing his plan to bar all Sunni Arab immigrants will do is increase the number of Isis recruited radical jihadists home grown among us right here in the U.S.A.

Trump is unwelcome in Great Britain, and he is endorsed by the international gangster, Vladimir Putin. He is an inarticulate bully who insults anyone who opposes him, often calling them stupid or worse. His racism and megalomania is disgusting.

Rand Paul quite literally seems like the only sane, logical, honest one left out of all of them.

And dare I say Christie.

Why do people keep backing that loser?

Just like Ron, he talks and talks and then chokes. Every election they run with the same platform that no one voted for the last time, and then expect to gain?
