As far as your OP, can you comment on the validity of the poll? So far it appears to have been properly debunked.

Right now the only thing polls matter about is if those being polled are part of that party and how things will play out in the various campaigns, all building up to July 2016. After that, then that is when polls will matter as the candidates for president will be determined and when the real election will begin, with a total of 3 months for those 2 or three people to conveince the general public that they would be the best for the job of president. And the various platforms and planks to be determined.

1) I've been tested at roughly 141 IQ. I at least wanted to check the source before I decide. Polls are polls, but a 70 IQ? A bit of a stretch. Didn't think 'stupidity' came down to poll thoughts.

2) Trump has large fan base. That is reality. I don't remember ATS being an "other than Trump" website. Or Liberal, or Conservative, or any Party affiliation in large.

It would seem in the latest polls that are coming in that minorities are fully behind Trump in an opposite story from what the MSM is stating. After his build a wall statement it was said he would never carry a Hispanic vote. No one since Bob Dole in 1996 has carried more than 12% of the Black vote in the GOP. These are both historically low draws for the GOP.

According to a poll from Clout Research, he is pulling 40% of black voters and 45% of Hispanic voters support Donald Trump.

I'm not sure this one poll actually represents the same nationally, but I do believe Trump is getting more support from minorities than we're led to believe. It's true in my own experience, among my friends and family. The Mexican branch of our family (my husband's side) was established in Arizona long before it was a state. They have great compassion and sympathy for the victims of human smuggling, but also much contempt for the smugglers, and do not identify with them in any way. They are well aware of the horrors and atrocities committed by the "Coyotes" -- aka, the human smugglers. They know Trump was right but did a lousy job of expressing it... but they like that he is addressing it. They also like that Trump is Catholic, much the same way they still love JFK!

Many Black folks I know have expressed their disappointment in Obama, and their party/leaders in general, and are ready for something new. They see their White friends and family -- and everyone -- withering all around them. They see that the economic issues we're facing are hurting ALL of us, not just one race or class or whatever. Pretty much everyone I know -- regardless of whatever label or class or race or walk of life they come from -- are pretty fed up with the status quo of crony capitalism and lying liar politicians. In the end, we're all just people increasingly hurting and struggling just to get by, losing jobs (and more) to non-citizens both here and abroad, both legal and illegal, and all the while the privileged and political class get richer and more privileged.

Trump is new. Trump is change. Trump is lots of things. But the important thing is that he's not the status quo! Just like Bernie Sanders. I'm not supporting either one yet... my vote is still Gary Johnson's to lose... but I do love the support they're getting from the masses!
