Actually, I was whining about the whole Left Vs. Right, but me being on the right, I tend to notice the left's tears before my own, but the vitriol is thick on both sides.

For so many folks here to pretend to be smart, falling for the left vs right, yours stupid and I'm not thing just shows that perhaps none of us need to be on that pedestal we like to claim.

Not sure if you noticed the thread title or meaning, but it's kind of biased about the right. There are crybabies on both sides. And for the record, I was underwhelmed with your stance as well. I keep hoping that will change.

I see what's going on in this thread very well.

The Right wing is being called-out on their bull#, and rightfully so. Most threads on politics involve an entire Right Wing gang versus a couple Leftists holding their ground and over time it can leave some feeling defeated. This thread has given Leftists a bit of courage to speak out more confidently because they finally have some people around to back them up.

That is the biggest problem we have as Leftists/socialists. We are too easily defeated because we do not back each other up and put the Right Wing gangs in their place.

I had no idea there was such a need for supremacy here. But it is election time.

I'd leave it all alone, but there are a select few that jump on a thread with gnashing liberal teeth almost immediately and for some reason, it draws me in like a moth to a flame. Maybe if they didn't appear to need validation so bad, it wouldn't be such a draw. But it's like a shot in the ass of polarization juice.

The militant liberal brigade, as I like to call them. Still love them all, but damn, it's like seeing the evil side of Limbaugh in a mirror.

Somebody I knew briefly did something horrible too. In fact, I almost wasnt born because of what he did. He was a man whose respondsability it was to work, earn money in a steelmill in Philly, Prepare a place for his family to emigrate to and send gold coins back to his wife in Turkey, so she could get the hell out before the Turkish Muslims slaughtered 1.5 million of our people.

Yes my Great grandfather was a Leftist. In fact he was a card carrying communist. He was in a bar one night having a heated political debate one night, and was likely getting his butt kicked verbally. So he was liberal with a knife. He took it out of his pocket and plunged it into the gutts of the man who disagreed with his liberal beliefs. Luckily that poor fellow did not die, and great grandfather only did 6 months in jail. Had he killed that guy, he would have been stuck in prison, unable to send for my Great grandmother and grandfather, and they to would have been slaughtered by the turks.

I'm 3 pages into this thread and all I read is the left hating on the right and the right hating on the left. HATE, HATE, HATE, has solved a lot of problems so far in this world. Starting to wonder about this place. Too much political BS from both side of the isle. This country is totally F#CKED if what I read here is truly how a lot of people think.
