The media is to blame, they show what they are told to show, pure and simple.

People are to blame as well for not being wise enough to realize the media is filling them with propaganda and they should change the channel if they are not mentally strong enough to resist the propaganda.

Yes. And it GOES BOTH WAYS!!!!

Put Chris Wallace in a cage with Bill Oriley, spin them around and tell me which one is less wrong. Good lord, the irony is crushing.

Both work for FoxNews and spread the same propaganda. I fail to get your point. Well, even Chris Wallace has been on the record as calling-out Fox for their horrible tactics.

If you're trying to say that Left wing propaganda is the same as Right Wing propaganda, I'd say you need to study-up. Left wing propaganda is laughable compared to the effectiveness and reach of the Right Wing.

I have NO IDEA what you mean by that.....or anything else you post, and I'm convinced I won't ever....so.....
save your strength and typing acumen for someone else. I'm out. Written you off as impossible. Decision is made.

No more questions. You can ask me anything you like, though.
I'm an open book.

nuts will be nuts, but just like Muslims, a few extremists don't represent the whole. Or does that only go one way?

You read the board, right? There's so much about Muslims it's choking. Or is it convenient to forget that when one is faced with a similar situation?

Oh my bad. Majority rules then? I guess we should all embrace Trump, there's lots of threads about him these days.

Thanks so much for this useful and inspiring thread. It's just what ATS and the country need right now. More division.

Lets see:

Hate Muslims, check.
Hate Christians: Check.
Hate whites: Check.
Hate blacks: Check.
Hate Hispanics: Check.
Hate baby boomers: Check.
Hate Millennial: Check.
Hate Democrats: Check.
Hate Republicans: Check.
Hate guns: Check.
Hate people who hate guns: Check.

Have I missed anything? If you can think of a way we can continue to divide and hate each other, please make another thread about it. Sure don't want to miss an opportunity for more animosity and prejudice.
Excellent comment.....

My God. The slant and MASSIVE amounts of data omitted...

In your opinion, what aspect of radical right-wing terrorism was omitted?

Omission???

The entire catalog of FBI / ATF / CIA / DOJ / DoD data that counters the claim, that somehow right wing terrorists are some brooding and building force, behind the scenes, to be reckoned with and feared as the new bogeyman... When other subgroups, subcultures, religious beliefs, demographics are CLEARLY at the foreground of world violence and violence in the U.S.

I mean cmon with this "Unibomber Oklahoma Redneck Unshaven Misty Eyed White Christian Gun Owner Loner Dear Roof Jesus" mantra already.

As I said, I'm an Atheist. I have no dog in the Dogma race. But this mainstream "White Christian Male Monster" lurking in the shadows and under your bed while other clear and present dangers persist is Hollywood GARBAGE.

And I live 10 minutes away from Hollywood and in the Hipster "cool dude" Capital of the world. I know Hollywood "Progressive" garbage really well.

The narrative is stupid, old, redundant, and does not coincide with DATA.

Got it. MSNBC is middle of the road?

Dude, I realize you are on the left, but if you close one eye, and step back about 5 paces, then re-read this thread, you will see what I see.

Proof that a person can be smart, but PEOPLE are stupid. Can't say I'm not guilty, but damn, the irony is thick here.

I have a buddy that is a conservative Christian and a gun owner as well. He was married to liberal woman. He wanted a baby so very bad. He really wanted to become a father and eventually did with another woman. He ended up raising his daughter single handedly and fully invested his life in her. Now back to the story about the not so good wife. The liberal one.... She became pregnant while married to my buddy. She didnt tell him. Instead she went down to planned parenthood and had his baby aborted. He later found the paperwork and was devastated. Horrified. Filled with pain and sorrow. There was no longer any trust in that relationship, and though he still loved her, they were divorced some time later. She went on to have an affair with her best friends husband and got pregnant. This time she kept the baby and took her best friends husband for herself. That was quite liberal of her. Totally damaged two peoples lives and had her first babies life terminated to boot. I wonder if they cut my buddies baby up and sold it to be used in research as well? Bad behavior can come from both the right and the left, although I didnt see any from the right in this one. Only the left. Selfish, thoughtless, arrogant , rude, despicable behavior.

I said nothing about Trump. I just pointed out that your whining about "right wingers" only getting attacked was sheer BS. Your sarcasm could have been better. I was underwhelmed.

I have NO IDEA what you mean by that.

It means people are entitled to their opinions. That's where it begins, and ends.

American politics is the greatest show on earth.

Your trying to find 'logic' and 'meaning' in something that has none.

As Shakespear famously once said.' All the worlds a stage, and we are merely players'.

Why don't we just label everyone who doesn't have a statist ideology a terrorist and be done with it?

Because that's exactly where this incessant propaganda is taking us.

I was referring to "roll over and play dead."

That, in my mind, has nothing at all to do with having an opinion.

And it has nothing to do with asking questions.

Just an observation;

We often hear that the Left has a problem of not taking blame for their mistakes, or passing the blame off on to others, but what is happening in this thread?

The Right refuses to take blame for the fruit of their actions/media and they are trying to push blame on to others.

Irony can be humorous.

Was it determined, with proof, that this whacko was a right winger?

He is against ABORTION! OMG! In this politically droned culture that's an automatic "Right Wing Terrorist" label for the opposing "Church"!

Hell, they would hate him just as much if he went on Oprah and called people "Baby Killers". The killing of innocents is a bonus to the political skewed words to continue another 4 years of madness/division/slavery......

MSNBC is completely biased, but some of their best work has been introspective. They don't have a problem holding their own accountable as well.

Dude, I realize you are on the left, but if you close one eye, and step back about 5 paces, then re-read this thread, you will see what I see.

I see what's going on in this thread very well.

The Right wing is being called-out on their bull#, and rightfully so. Most threads on politics involve an entire Right Wing gang versus a couple Leftists holding their ground and over time it can leave some feeling defeated. This thread has given Leftists a bit of courage to speak out more confidently because they finally have some people around to back them up.

That is the biggest problem we have as Leftists/socialists. We are too easily defeated because we do not back each other up and put the Right Wing gangs in their place.

Okay then S.O.

LET US NOW DEFINE:

1) Right Wing
2) Terrorism
3) Radical

Colorfull words. Which ones are equalling DEATH...when compared to the entire data set...as a WHOLE...worldwide and within the U.S.

I submit "Right wing terror" is a drop in the overall pond that Radical Islam represents in PHILOSOPHY and on paper

Or we could just go back to what President Reagan originally wanted to do... just call them all criminals and deal with it accordingly. He was (rightfully) concerned that treating "terrorism" as anything other than a criminal matter would lead to a slippery slope.

Arie Perliger's words, not ours.

I'm not sure I'm understanding your question. And to be clear, this latest show was specific to terrorism within the US.

Hey, you know what? I have a buddy who is the same, and you know what? He beat his wife into a coma.

Your point?

P.S. He wasn't really my buddy. Just someone we know.
