Obama Administration says Trump is not eligible to run for office or other candidates who agree

I think Trump should have gone much much broader and said " no one is going to be let into the country as an immigrant" until the US can get a grasp on what the heck is going on with who is coming and for what purpose, Jobs, Family, or to hurt the US. I sometimes wonder whether Trump, is actually trying to hurt his own Election, due to the fact that he never thought he would become the front runner, and probable didnt want too. But then the White House says something so stupid about disqualifying a candidate, that now the story has switched from what Trump said, right back to the establishment. Idiots, absolute idiots. Republicans and Democrats.

Ha! Interesting you say that. I also have this theory that Bernie's the chosen one, but I've been questioning it lately due to Hillary's polling numbers.

BUT, if Hillary gets hit with some 'major' negative press going into the Iowa caucus, NH primary, I am solidly backing that theory again.

It would seem to me that Congress can divert the most money under Bernie, so I would think he'd be the obvious Establishment choice.

Jeb and Hillary don't need to win to still be in charge. Their families head the global-mafia directing Congress.

I support not admitting people who we know are linked to terrorism. That requires evidence. Just banning all muslims is assuming everybody is guilty just because they believe in the teachings of Muhammad.

It's not difficult to state a position diplomatically in an effort to bring as many people into the fold as possible. That's not being PC, it's being a smart candidate who truly wants to win in an general election and with as much support for his agenda as possible.

Trump does the opposite. And he is making it easy for the media to discredit his supporters and make a mockery of conservatives. He is also fracturing the republican party and may even split the conservative vote with an independent run that would cause democrats to win with a mandate.

It's baffling how anyone puts faith in a single thing that comes out of his mouth.

It's like this. Someone takes every tenth bottle of pain reliever and puts a deadly poison in it. The FDA suspects that tainted pills are getting into the population. Should they look in every bottle for the bad one's or stop the import to prevent death?

What Trump is saying is that until we can better screen those wanting entry into the US, we should halt entry for a time to better serve the public safety and make sure bad guys don't come in with the good. It's unfortunate for those who do no wrong, but necessary. President carter did it in 1979. And Trump wants to use that same authority to do it now. Here is the law that grants him that power as President.

It's a ridiculous policy. I have an atheist American friend married to a Muslim man from Bangladesh, so Trump's suggestion would keep their family from coming to visit.

It's not like Trump's plan would just affect Muslims or Muslims outside the U.S. It would personally affect families all over the U.S. It's a much bigger turn-off than I think Trump supporters realize.

People are going to reject this line of thinking with a resounding 'No.'

You know I agree no everybody should be banned, but is nothing wrong with the teachings of Mohamed also, or any other religious Idols, but is the interpretation of any religious teachings what turns some into champions of their cause, extremist, jihadist or else.

In America under religious freedom an ugly snake is hiding its head and that goes for all religious believes.

The Constitution doesn't require us to provide anyone access to the United States and doesn't state what gauge can be used to limit or ban people's access to our country. There is a huge difference between not letting people into the US for whatever reason, and discriminating or evicting people from the US.

Trump is correct...if you care about the safety of our country and our people.

I'm sure advanced poly sci think tanks have seen this coming for some time.

no wage growth for working and lower middle classes will do this to a society. create unrest. along with a porous border that helps keep wages depressed. Add in some terror attacks on our european cousins and san bern and fear also takes over. Most societies are like this. Only some western societies have overcame that basic instinct program.

Even developed east asian countries won't let large amounts of outsiders in.

Taking in non-westernized people is always a gamble. One has to hope they assimilate. Compassion cannot fix a backwards people.
In the next couple years western countries borders will likely be shut down and globalization will reverse course. They'll be an ellis island out in the greek islands for the few lucky enough to make it to europe. Turkey looks like it is going to get pretty unstable itself.

This is why Ive been having a problem I'd be much more comfortable with banning people from specific countries then I realized this ban would be most of the middle east. And looking at it logically there is something wrong with Islam. They have the only people killing for god. We don't have Buddhists or Christians or even Jews shooting people in the name of god. As we know it's not all Muslims and there is the issue what do we do? And is it wrong to stop Muslims from entering the country? Legally no it's not in fact has been done several times like Cuba Iran etc.

And here's a question for people I keep hearing it's a small percentage were talking about however no way to k ow who they are. Its very much like if I had 100 pieces of chocolate and I told you two were poisoned and will kill you. Would you avoid all the chocolate knowing that 98 percent of the chocolate is good? Or do you decide its not worth the risk??
