actually, Chuck Taylors are my thing (and totally approved by my chiro). I have a pair of leather monochrome black hi-tops on their way here. I already got the 'summer' version - slip-ons with no upper at all to speak of.

It's Star Wars is real. I got my username because there are some posters here in ATS that do believe Star Wars is based on a true story and I am not kidding about that either. Like supposedly George Lucas got some ancient manuscript showing an ancient extraterrestrial civilization and based the movies from that.

Plus, while I wasn't a follower of the Jedi Philosophy when I first entered ATS, I am now.

I've actually been thinking about a book I loved as a preteen -
and rewriting it for modern youths and also a screenplay.

A girl who is a daughter of a tribe of 'tree-worshipers' and a boy whose people are 'sun-worshippers' - who fall in love.

Kind of a Romeo and Juliet thing.
