New lows. There are actually real people out there who support this behavior. It's not just here in America either. There's some deranged people in the world. Trump represents the ugliest members of the human race.

Hillary Clinton lol. That's all this is doing. She's a lock for president. What a scam. At first I thought "Trump will be the guy to destroy America", which I want. Now I see that Hillary also has the power to ruin this place so either way. She's incredibly incompetent and Trump is a lunatic. The worst election of all time is coming up. People are going to be so dissatisfied. I really feel like this is it. The final straw.

People not wanting Presidential front runners to mock the disabled is now "political correctness" gone mad???

These days, anyone who isn't a complete asshole to other people is charged with being "politically correct", like assholery is something to aspire to. Yep, the Donald is providing LOTS of justification for being a bigoted, racist, xenophobic, hateful, non-compassionate asshole, and be loud about it. They no longer feel the need to keep their many prejudices private. It's good, in a way. I've learned a LOT about people since Donald stepped into the limelight.

I can just see him, as our next president, making fun of other leaders... For Asian leaders, he'll hold his eyes slanted and speak with an accent. For black leaders, he'll speak Ebonics and wear a hoodie with a gun in the pocket, for Muslim leaders, he'll wear a turban and say, "I keeel you!", and for Latino people, he'll be smoking a joint while raping a girl. SO FUNNY!

(I can't really "see" it. This punk will never be our president.)

Perfectly-said! So much classier than my post.

I really don't care what his response is....It better be a apology.

His response was to firmly deny that he mocked anyone and then to LIE, saying he wasn't aware of the disability, and accused the reporter of "using his disability to grandstand". Lovely response... Expected. He's demanding an apology from the NYT for reporting on it. Source

Look at his age, weight and workload, he's due a stroke some time soon.

Nothing of value will be lost.

You are 'angry-funny', I know, but I still cracked up. One of those things you don't know whether to laugh or cry it's so true. Divide the country then divide the world!

We will lose all the allies it's taken us so long to form. : (

I don't think you would mock a disabled person like Trump did. I appreciate your non PC forthrightness even though we fundamentally disagree on almost everything. I'm also not PC and if I thought you were an asshole; I'd tell you!

Frightened , lonely, unappreciated and misguided.....most definately

Not being politically correct doesn't make someone an asshole.

Being an asshole makes someone an asshole.

And for all the verbiage touting Trump as someone who speaks his mind--- when called on it he wimps out by claiming he didn't say what he obviously said.

If you're going to make a joke about a woman being on the rag, or mock a disabled person or criticize someone's religion then own your words. If you're really this great anti-politician.

Except he's really just a jerk who hasn't emotionally matured past age eleven or so. He's that loudmouth kid on the playground whining that he didn't do it and snitching on someone else. He's lied or payed his way out of everything his whole life. He's really hurting the country right now even if he doesn't wind up winning.

Despite all the stupidity and intolerance, Trump will be the nominee of either the GOP (unless the establishment does him in) or if they push him too far, he'll run as IND, guarantying Hillary will be your next POTUS. Book it.

This kind of behavior makes Jeb look like a saint that the GOP moderates will support and hand him the nomination.

It's almost like he's on Jeb's team! People may think he's working to get Hillary the president, but sometimes it looks like he wants Jeb to be the nominee! And Jeb doesn't even really WANT to be president!

If this goes viral on the social media, Trump will make a half assed apology, and slowly back out of the race for the WH; just like I predicted when he first declared his candidacy .

I gave him till THIS MONTH to fall... There are a couple days of the month left... This could be it. I'm heartened to see even some of his die-hard supporters here are calling it quits.

Trump cannot possibly be this stupid, so what is he really up to?

That's a good question, but I think you overestimate his intellect.

I find it very strange the mental gymnastics Trump supporters will go to defend this fool.

It is very strange! But not surprising. This like of antic fuels their support in many cases. They'll call this episode "bad journalism" and a "hit piece" and blame everyone BUT Trump for his behavior. It's ALWAYS someone else's fault and they deserved it! I thought Personal Responsibility was important to the republican voter. I think Trump values holding others "personally responsible" for his behavior.

That's funny. I've never been so shocked in my life when the 'W" was elected to a second term. It honestly had never occurred to me that people would be stupid enough to vote for him again. But guess what? They didn't.

So, all in all, I guess you are saying we should look over his faux pas, and vote for him anyway? It seems to be what you are saying.

Is there no end to how disgusting this man is? Those who support him, what will be the straw that breaks the camels back for you to finally come to the reality Trump is not the man you want him to be?

It was amusing at first - his candidacy. It had almost a farcical, campy, Springtime For Hitler feel to it. I had to assume that his ego (like usual) got the better of him and he simply could not resist passing up on all that attention. Maybe he just needed to feel relevant again...

Embarrassing for us, but amusing. Until the audience participation part of the performance kicked in

A couple of things I admire about you. Of course, being PC or not being PC is just a judgment people make. We're ALL PC at times about certain subjects.

I speak pretty damn plainly myself. But I don't stereotype everyone different from me, make fun of people with disabilities, bully people, lie to support my position, I take responsibility for how I feel and act, and I can take criticism without attacking those who criticize. and I think you do the same. Trump's an asshole because of MANY things, but political correctness and being frank aren't in the mix.

Personally I don't see this making fun of a disability. I see his gesturing as if the reporter is a whiny child waving it's arms in a tantrum. But that's just my opinion.

Trump isn't a serious candidate. He knows full well he has alienated so many groups of people that he has no chance whatso ever to get the nomination....
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

The thing about Clinton and Kennedy was that they didn't pull it out of their pants and shake it in front of the television cameras.

Which is starting to seem very close to what we are talking about with Trump.
