They are very much saying this is terrorism.

A lot of talk about "Automatic rifles and pistols", grenades and explosions.

A couple bars, a theater, and the stadium with a national football game, Germany vs France, I believe.

Now there are five shootings happening in various parts of Paris, as well as the explosions at the stadium.

They were able to interview a young man who had been in the concert hall, and he said there were men shooting in there and yelling something about Syria. (what a surprise!)
