If i got upset at everything I read on the internet I would throw away my computer and stop using the internet. If you get upset because a black actor is a jedi in a movie you haven't seen yet you obviously shouldn't be taken seriously.

Let racists be racist in peace? Nah. They should be made aware that more people reject their views than accept them.

why couldnt god or ET scientists, or Evolution had made Racism and bigotry as we know it, an Aids-like disease (or whatever else almost ensures certain death) of the brain.

What the media has done is taken a small handful of racist tweets to make a big deal.

The outright racism is disgusting, but I get why people are upset. It's obvious that the leads are a black male and a female. My guess is the female is actually the lead role. This is against all the rest of the movies in terms of lead actors.


Disney is shoving political correctness in our mouths with Star Wars. Didn't they also just mention how they really want to find a female director, as if the gender of the director is important? I'm guessing the lead female is also going to be a severe badass in this next movie too. Kicking ass left and right.

Do I care? Nope. The last few Star Wars movies have been disappointing. This one won't be any different. My preference would be that they keep the original role styles, but who really cares.

This is no different than the movie Pan. Twitter was crying racism over a white woman being cast as Tiger Lily. I don't believe it was racist at all, but I would have rather had a native cast as Tiger Lily instead of a white. It fits the storyline and history of the story better.

i reviewed it and it does seem that you didn't personally condone racism against white people. this is good and as a result, i am willing to admit that i was incorrect but the twitter on the subject, is one big stinkin' pile of racism. laying blame based on race, causes racial divide. instead of uniting people of all races, it leaves out select groups based on their race.

and that twitter feed is full of that very thing. it's an excuse to further condemn white people as if we are all nazi bigots. it's a further excuse to condemn jews and blacks. its divisional. meant to be divisive. whoever thought that little gem up, did it for that very reason.

did you see where i recanted that the thread was racist? but i did not recant that the twitter feed is racist.

that is a racist event. it's meant to stir up racism in other racists.

Most of the media is anti-white and has been for decades. If this movie is (which I don't have any indication it is) then it's just another in a long line.

no, vader was white. he wore black because people are afraid of the night time, not because they are afraid of brown people. james earl jones who voice acted it, got the job because he has a freakin' awesome voice..

The media didn't do anything with this (they might be now because when something goes viral the media tends to say xyz went viral), it trended on Twitter because people (the racists and the people laughing at them) tweeted the hashtag enough.
