Silly the US would boost its economy with the war effort... China would have to do the same. I don't see either side going down without a fight. China has a few allies in the region, but none of them will fight a foreign war in Asia, at least not on China's behalf. China does not hold all of the cards, and It is hard to bluff when all your cards are on the table.

I'm not saying china holds all the cards, just saying it's silly to say US would outright abolish China, both have their strengths, both there weaknesses, at the end of the day it's just a shame we can't live amongst each other peacefully, #whoneedsnukes 😐

Explaining WHY it is illogical to think China to think about any hostilities,if they don't want a swift black eye.

NOPE. those by layws apply to ALL MEMBERS and that includes the permanent 5. It states so in them that it applies to everyone. ALthough its very unlikely you will get unanimous agreement(minus the one being voted against) Its a dirty move though so its not considered.

Actually economic warfare is also considered actual war so if china does that their debt is nulled as well. Also IF china did that th e US would destroy them for FREE. w e have enough resources to do so ourselves.

China has bought dept not the usa has borrowed.

If you presume war is inevitable then it makes perfect sence to use your enemys money for R&D and preperation.

And only a fool would think war can be avoided in the long term.

Are there really people here that think a war with China would not be catastrophic? There is no winning. The stock market would crash and the economy would be the worst in modern world history.

Right. I am just trying to put in perspective how stupid the who would win scenario is. There is no winning. The world would no longer exist the same way. It would change nearly everyone daily life and create complete havoc.
The consumer price index is how our economic system controls inflation. Without China the economy collapses. So does theirs

Where do you get your facts from?

India leans towards west? but west does not give much squat for India.

India has defense pact with Russia however in the event of war if India walks out of the pact then no worries, your military looks good only on paper, time and again when need arises you guys are found "much" illprepared.

You guys are mostly good for peacekeeping operations. In the real battle your nuts and nuggets are spilled very quickly.

They would not have to defeat anyone. As soon as the market got wind of an international war with China the market would collapse all over the world. As soon as the supply lines stopped from china and trade was disrupted no more Walmart Target Home Depot on and on. Wars are not only won with battle gear you know. It's not always equipment vs equipment.

If Russia fights with US then China will be on Russian side. Due to China factor (being big friends with Pakistan) there will not be any India Pak war and Indian borders facing China will also be quiet.

This all if India does not slide its panties down and bends over to the US side. If India refuses to help Russian side then it will face a two front war from Pak and China. Doubt the highly illprepared and disorganized Indians will be able to handle that.

US friends with Pak? if you rely on this then be prepared for mammoth surprises at the time of need. After North Korea, if any place an American is most hated is Pakistan. And that is bottom of the society to the top.
