Who decides who the rightful owners are? Where's your protestations on China's long-standing occupation of Tibet? Of China's arbitrary absorbing of the South China Sea?

Where's the videos of rocket attacks on civilian centers in Israel?

Where's your protestation on the 'Palestinian' territory occupied by Syria and Jordan?

Your views are well known. Israel isn't going anywhere.

The sad truth is every country is run by those that rose to the top of the 'food chain', so to speak.

Those on the top make the rules. Those on top of other food chains have little to no control over other 'food chains'.

The winner will decide what the 'crimes against humanity' are...and who committed them....

As there isn't a 'winner', as of yet, those eventual rules aren't set, especially when the so-called current rules are only selectively applied, you end up with less and less abiding by them.

Popularity and consensus will be and are non-factors, in the long run.

Deal with it.

There we go.

Now we see who you really are.

You might inform yourself of the original land that comprised the U.N. sanctioned State of Israel-yes Canada voted for it, while the U.S. abstained- Those portions of the State of Israel are now occupied by both Jordan and Syria.

Where's the hue and cry about that?

Yes, the Israeli position is hardening. (That was part of the over-all picture and point of the thread.)

I fully agree that negotiations have gotten nowhere. Israel fully ceded every point and Arafat STILL wouldn't sign the accord. Just got up and walked away.

The belief and view of Israel is now that the real goal is the not an accord but a the complete ending of the State of Israel.
I also hold that view, or at the least, strong suspicion.

If that's the case, then what other option is left if Israel is to continue? I see none.

We seem to be down to who wins this fight. I find the Israelis far more productive, creative and yes, tolerant than the Palestinians.(Even though the Israelis are also, Palestinians....)

I would see them win, when push comes to shove.

International law.

Where's your protestations on China's long-standing occupation of Tibet? Of China's arbitrary absorbing of the South China Sea?

Is America financing China to occupy Tibet like it is financing Israel?

Where's the videos of rocket attacks on civilian centers in Israel?

Where is yours? Surely you can find plenty seeing how Hamas is firing "thousands" of missiles at Israel.

Where's your protestation on the 'Palestinian' territory occupied by Syria and Jordan?

Syria and Jordan isn't occupying Palestine all that land has been stolen by Israel.

Your views are well known. Israel isn't going anywhere.

Israel will eventually collapse upon itself. Cut off foreign aid and it will be gone in 20 years because it cannot sustain itself.

The sad truth is every country is run by those that rose to the top of the 'food chain', so to speak. Those on the top make the rules. Those on top of other food chains have little to no control over other 'food chains'.

Yes that's how it works with animals and primitives.

No the rules are set but Israel thinks is above all laws. Just look at how many resolutions that been made against Israel due to their war crimes and crimes against humanity.

International law.

Then we agree on this fact. Funny thing is, 83% of countries worldwide recognize Israel as the true owners of the land.

Oh i see! You only object when America has its hand in things. This makes you a hypocrite with an obvious anti-western agenda! Great when China does it, but god damn those Yanks if they try!

CAnt occupy land that was not soverign territory. Palestine isnt a country. its area is made up of 4 countries according to resolution 242. Israel(pre 67) syria, egypt, and jordan. The Gazans belong by Law to egypt. ALthough they use it as a dissident housing. The Jordanians Were given back the west bank But they have said they dont want it a s long as its occupied by "PLO followers" The same ones who tried to over throw them in black september.
Syria cant deal with their refugee population in country so they too have done as th e jordanians an d pushed it off on Israel.

SO its not just Israel thats the problem here.

Your 'vision' of the future for Israel is contradicted by the fact that even Islamic nations are forming accords with Israel. Egypt, Jordan and now Saudi Arabia. Add in weapons deals with Pakistan, UAE, Morocco and Algeria.

It seems your goal is moving in the opposite direction........

Why now?

Because the Zionist/NATO alliance wants the press off the Russian destruction of their pet terrorists in Syria…it’s a classic distraction.

The Israelis ALWAYS do it when for example a peace conference with the Palestinians starts to get underway

This is VERY LIKELY a black operation:

NATO and MOSSAD

I rarely follow the Israel, Palestine eruptions because their always manufactured chaos

That's interesting.

The way I see it, some faction supposedly on the Palestinian side seems to stir things up when an accord seems to get close.

I do agree the Mossad aren't angles, yet, I cannot believe, even for a second, that Israel doesn't want this to end with a peaceful solution-even though the signs are they may have given that hope up- else they could have ended this years ago and there's nothing that could have been done to stop them.

What do teenage gang members deserve? You lumped them in with rapists so I'm curious...

Interesting. Im a law abiding citizen with no arrests nor criminal record.

How about if i retract the "gang member" comment? Do you still think teenage murderers and rapists should get a pass because of their age?

You say the guy in the bus in Toronto was mentally unstable and I would say the same for kids growing up in an open air prison.

The open air prison they live in is a shame. Many have the means to leave, yet choose not to. Sadly, their arab brothers and sisters contribute to their plight.
en.wikipedia.org...
Most telling is this entry:

The Arab League has instructed its members to deny citizenship to original Palestine Arab refugees (or their descendants) "to avoid dissolution of their identity and protect their right to return to their homeland".[69]
Tashbih Sayyed, a fellow of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, criticized Arab nations of violating human rights and making the children and grandchildren of Palestinian refugees second class citizens in Lebanon, Syria, or the Gulf States, and said that the UNRWA Palestine refugees "cling to the illusion that defeating the Jews will restore their dignity".[70]

That's right. Their own arab brothers and sisters who despise Israel and want to exterminate the Jews refuse to allow Palestinians to settle in their countries, and often when they do, they are treated as second class citizens. Does that sound similar to a country we are currently discussing?

As a Canadian, I believe in rehabilitation befoe capital punishment.

I do as well. I also believe in protecting the innocent. If you feel the 80 year old woman this teen tried to murder deserves it, good for you. I firmly believe this teen should have been disarmed and face the music for his actions, which is exactly what happened.

I hope the RCMP are reading this and profiling you as the violent vigilante you take pride in being.

As i said above, i have never been in trouble with the law. I'm a taxpaying citizen who is politically involved, and belong to a lobby group who lobbies the Canadian government to post balanced budgets in times of financial growth. I am married with a wife and children i love.

Where is it you propose i have committed violence, or are you suggesting since i simply think a criminal should pay for his actions, im a criminal myself. Your logic is baffling.

And if a kid that size was coming at my grandma with a knife I would easily disarm him and it wouldnt involve running him down with a car. That would be a crime of passion but still a crime.

And if you we'rent in a position to disarm him? Say, you were in a car and he was within a few steps from sinking the blade deep into your mother? If you tell me you wouldnt press the accelerator to take him out before he could commit the deed you are either a liar or a traitor to your family.

I can only wish you get stripped of your citizenship under bill C-24 cause Canada needs to rid themselves of violent terrorists like yourself. We have had enough.

Indeed we have. With people like you that think any thug, murderer, attempted murderer or more can simply be rehabilitated and turned out on the street without facing punishment for their crimes.

And seriously. If you equate anything ive said here as "violent terrorism", i invite you to copy my posts and email them off to whichever authority you think would deal with me best. Im sure they will have a good laugh at your expense. After all as you said, Harper is pro-Israel. At least one leader in the world hasnt turned his back on the single most oppressed people on the face of the earth for the last several thousand years.

You keep on with this fantasy tale about how heroic it would be to run over a kid with a car. Was a car even involved.

As this grisly video shows, Ahmad Manasra, a 13-year-old Palestinian boy, is lying on the ground, bleeding from multiple gunshot wounds and struggling to cry out for help while an Israeli settler shouts obscenities at him. Throughout the length of the video, none of the officers or bystanders attempt to give the dying boy first aid or comfort as he bled out on the sidewalk, his lungs audibly filling with blood as he tried to speak.

According to Middleeastrising.com, Ahmad was being chased through the Pisgat Zeev neighborhood in Jerusalem — which was seized from Palestinians and annexed in 1967 — by a mob of Israeli settlers alleging he stabbed two Israelis. When Ahmad came across a group of police and IDF soldiers, police opened fire without attempting to search for a weapon or detain him. The settler filming the video shouted “Die! Die, you mother #er, die! Die, you faggot, die! Die, you son of a bitch!” The man shouted the slurs in both Hebrew and Arabic, to make sure Ahmad knew exactly what he was saying

Thank you for backing up my very first reply to this OP. Yes, it was a car. The shootings were a lie by the PA leader Abbas. This is a quote from the very first article i posted. I guess you didnt read it.

But Israel swiftly termed Mr Abbas’s speech “incitement”, saying in a statement from the prime minister’s office that the Palestinian president “intentionally lied claiming that this 13-year-old boy, who stabbed two Israelis, is dead".
On Thursday morning, in an apparent retreat, the Palestine Liberation Organisation circulated an updated version of Mr Abbas’s speech, where the word “execution” was changed to “shooting in cold blood”.
Israel says Ahmed was not shot, but rather hit by a car during the ensuing chase.

My very first point in responding to the OPs post, was that perhaps some of the recent violence in Israel was formented by Abbas's lies. My point stands, now more than ever. It wasnt a shooting, and soon even the PLO will back off on that claim completely. Its all made clear in the artice i first posted. Please read it.

No. He is young, and most likely brainwashed from birth by his parents. Id suggest counselling to deprogram the hatred, as well as a suitable jail time.

Its obvious from your second last post towards me you hate me, wishing I, a natural born Canadian citizen be deported for my views. Im simply suggesting we look at both sides of the issue.

If i was a Palestinian in 1947, perhaps id feel differently. If i was single with no children, I would possibly fight. But there comes a time when you must look out for whats most important. And in my opinion, thats family. Palestinians are still bringing up their sons and daughters to hate Jews. What does that accomplish? I dont pretend to think that some Jews dont bring up their kids in a similar manner, but you dont see them throwing rocks at armed Palestinians.

If i was a Palestinian, id work my ass off at two jobs, make what money i can, and move the hell out and make a proper life for myself elsewhere and move past the hate and anger.

Its the tiniest of tiny piece of land. There are a great many places to go, and here in Canada we do not oppress the Palestinian, like is oft done in Israel, Syria, Lebanon and more. Time to move past the hate.
