The question you should be asking is why the holy feck you want F-22's and American pilots in Israel starting a fight with Russia over stupid Syria.

Let Russia bomb the # out of Syria.

This inst about the USA "winning". I have no doubt the USA could "win". Though it would be the worse air battles you faced since vietnam with heavy loses.....and for what?.......to defend some Jihadists.....WHY!?!......if anything you should be helping Russia pick out targets!

I think Iraq would be different since Russia wont be defending the government there like in Syria.

I would give up shilling on this issue.

The USA and NATO have no leg to stand on in Syria anymore than Russia, in fact it has a even worse leg to stand on.

No one is going to by the propaganda on this one that we must support the USA and NATO.

Least with Ukraine Russia really was on the wrong and you had a point (even if I didn't think a backwater country like Ukraine was worth a world war over).

NATO needs to walk from Syria now, it lost.

What's the matter kid can't back up your statements? Israeli pilots are no match for Russian pilots and that's just fact. Israel has never faced a good air force and when they finally do then they will do the same as they did here turn tail and run.

Don't worry we know exactly what the Russians can do and not do, don't underestimated the F-15s they are older but they are not your Daddy's F-15s either... I would not be surprised if a dozen F-22s end up in Israel with Israel/American pilots... that would be basically the end to any limited Russian air superiority.

Talk about showing your ignorance. The F15's are no match for those Russian planes and that's just fact. Also there will be no F22's showing up to bail Israels ass out when they eventually screw up and piss Russia off because Israel isn't worth a war starting between Russia and America.

In a turning fight, probably not, no. You're assuming that they're going to get into a turning fight though. An F-15 with Pythons is a match for any non-stealth fighter in the world in a fight, prior to the merge.

Honestly, I think allies of Israel are far more concerned with a knife in the back over any nation who considers Israel an enemy. Through deception, thou shall wage war and all that.

Well, it looks like its about time for ISIS to miraculously obtain Patriot missile batteries. Wouldn't that be a game changer...

The Python 4 is just as capable at ranges up to the merge. The 5 has an additional seeker that allows more precise targeting but the 4 is just as maneuverable.

I say let Russia have at em and do the dirty work, it is something they are good at. Bring in the Tupolev Bears and do some carpet-bombing and do the WT Sherman on them. And they can have the blowback.

First this story never even happened, especially when Russia and Israel have a JOINT plan for flights OVER SYRIA. Russia made sure of this BEFORE their planes even landed at their base. Second, You know the Russians are so great how? Israelis do not run from a fight and the IAF sure as hell would give any nation a run for its money in air to air combat. That is a fact buster brown.

If I were an Eagle driver and saw some Su-30s coming, I'd do just that. Get the flock out of there! Wasn't the F-15 originally designed to intercept the MiG-25? That's a whole different type of fight. I know the F-15 is capable, but I think it's pushing it (especially racked for bombs) to go up against a Flanker.

That's just it, your not and they will not. American F-15 pilots regularly train with and against German pilots in Mig-29s. Eagle pilots know their strengths and weaknesses but also know every other planes weaknesses and strengths. Eagle pilots will make it their fight every time and win when the enemy shats its pants and screws up one little time. They are masters in combat tactics and can push those planes past 11 Gs so they are hardly pushovers.

In the war with Georgia it took the Russian pilots 3 days to hit one little pipeline junction building lol. Hardly aces.

Does any News/information tell you that Russia and Israel actually have a joint agreement to share Syrian airspace?

What the information state as far as i understand... is that Israel will share its information With Russia regarding their activities and interests within Syria. I dont read anywhere that Putin mentions that Russia have an agreement that Israel can fly freely in and out of Syria.
