There is not much info on the mother. She is a nurse, divorced the father awhile ago, but no pictures that I can find.

Do you know if her last name is the same as her son's?

NOTE: Shooter's name removed by poster:

The heavily armed gunman who slaughtered nine people at an Oregon college left a hate-filled note at the scene of his rampage and "felt the world was against him," law enforcement officials confirmed Friday.

Two officials familiar with the contents of the note say 26-year-old ----------- ------------- ---------, who was killed in after an exchange of gunfire with police Thursday at Umpqua Community College, wrote that he would be "welcomed in Hell and embraced by the devil."

He wrote that he was "in a bad way," one official said. "He was depressed, sullen."

The officials said -------- lamented the fact that he did not have a girlfriend. "He said he had no life," another official said, adding: "He felt the world was against him."

Well for one thing, they have to demonize her because she took him to the shooting range to practice. And so did my own Dad take me but I don't go around doing these things. The agenda is to demonize everyone who has guns and teaches their children how to use them.

I would be very interested to hear something about the shooter's mother, or eventually from her. They are demonizing her all over television without any of her side of the story. Did she really take her son to the gun range? Do we know anything about their relationship? Not really, just feels like the MSM is setting her up to play this part. If I were her I would be terrified.

Seems like I'm starting to rant , must be time for a nap.

We will learn what was in the envelope (or what it was) that the shooter passed to someone to be given to the police?

Social media and arm chair investigators would surely have found legitimate information about this woman by now, and posted it in some form on social media.

Something is fishy. He is bi-racial. We know his father is a caucasian Brit. They are keeping something under wraps about this woman that's for sure. You have to wonder why.

I wasn't going anywhere with that, just curious what you thought since you brought up mental state. Personally, while I agree with the principle that lunatics and guns are likely a bad combo, enforcing something like that seems impractical.

Essentially, that would put the burden of licencing firearms on doctors. How would a system that requires a psychiatrist's permission even function?

I have no idea.

Very sad indeed. I can't imagine what the families of those innocent victims are going through right now.

Surely americans as a whole are getting sick of these frequent mass killings, perhaps enough so to actually do something about it and I don't mean arming everyone everywhere. Put your heads together and you'll work it out.

And that's exactly what the globalist elites want, and maybe it's even part of the reason why so many of these crimes keep happening, more so under an administration that has done shady things in the past to try to blame the Second Amendment for crimes the government helped perpetrate.

Fast and Furious anyone? The government blamed the "lax gun laws" for Mexican criminals getting their hands on weapons that originate from the U.S. Then we later found out through the investigation of a dead border patrol officer that these weapons had been provided by the OBAMA ADMINISTRATION to the Mexican drug cartels...

If you put your heads together and think about who could win from something like this occurring more and more frequent maybe you'll work it out.

However, it is indeed very sad so many innocent people lost their lives.

Soooo....going back to the 4chan thread....is it related or not? If it's not the same guy, he sure was spot on about the event that was about to occur..

And what about "beta uprising?" Didn't it feel like perhaps it was a green flag for more to come? Someone had asked if it was finally going down and others seemed to cheer it on..should we be worried about more school shootings to follow since they seem to be after "chads" and "normies" and I guess females that these kids have no chance in hell with? That's the sense I got...such ugliness..

They made it out to be a game and this shooter, I guess, had a high score....there was a point system...and I don't recall if children were double or half points in the equation...they mentioned other members that had previously killed...did y'all catch that....wth!?!

These little sickos should be taken in and questioned and get the crap scared out of them...esp the guy that was giving instructions on how the shooter should approach the situation....I hope they're all at the very least under surveillance and being heavily scrutinized...with the way they were going on, it wouldn't come as a surprise if one of them got ballsy from all the attention to their thread and tried to outscore his friend and go down in history among that little beta cult.

She's a gun nut and seems to be in fear of the government taking her guns. Probably not what you were thinking?

The difference being that this boy...like the newton Shooter...had clear and indisputable signs that should have given a parent pause with regards to buying them guns and taking them to shooting ranges etc..

Apart from the fact that every neighbor they had thought he had some developmental or emotional issue...the parents were also obviously aware..

Harper-Mercer formerly lived in the South Bay and attended a school for teens with emotional disabilities.

Yes...I think there is a judgement issue here and not all people are equally suited and qualified to own guns..

The suspect was in the Army briefly in 2008, when he would have been about 20 years of age:

www.cnn.com...
The shooter served in the Army from November 5 to December 11(2008) at Fort Jackson, South Carolina...

And then he goes back to a high school for special needs kids? Huh?

www.dailymail.co.uk... strikes.html
Lists of South Bay graduates from 2009 published in the Daily Breeze showed Harper-Mercer graduated from the Switzer Learning Center in Torrance with four other students. ....A former behavioral aide at Switzer... said of Harper-Mercer: 'Really, he was just an awkward teenager who couldn’t socialize well with others. He wasn’t mean-spirited. He was funny. I think he had a crush on me.'

Teenager? He was about 21 at the time!! Something weird about this....

This is extremely disconcerting.

Our society is losing its respect for the value of life. The same people that tell me owning firearms for MY protection and that of my family is somehow devaluing the lives of those lost in these shootings make me sick to my stomach with their lack of depth of understanding. One layer thinking.

Since 1973, we have indicated that life means nothing. We have sanctioned the mass slaughter of emerging life on an unfathomable scale, and we have put a blight on our national psyche.

When a society disrespects the sanctity of life, what do we expect? This generation is numb to what life means. We have created a bunch of lazy psychopaths and sociopaths.

Now they are saying Mercer was a Satanist:

www.people.com...
In the reported manifesto, which allegedly had "666" scrawled across it, the source says, 26-year-old gunman Chris Harper Mercer wrote in detail about his desire to "serve darkness."
"The guy did this strictly for satanic purposes," the source tells PEOPLE. "He did it to become a god in hell. He wants to be evil. That is his goal, to serve Satan." ...
He also lists his favorite movies, colors, musicians and songs before ending the manifesto with pentagrams. ....
... Mercer liked to draw macabre scenes all over his notebooks. "He had this notebook with all these pictures of skulls that he had traced, and they had like fire in their eyes and looked really weird," he says. "He would sit in class and just draw weird s--- like bones or coffins instead of doing the work."

So, if he was a Satanist, was he part of an organized coven? Or at least part of a goth, trenchcoat wearing clique?

He did single out Christians. The first reports claimed he was a Republican, but in fact his fascination was with the IRA which has a history of murdering people to further their agenda.
