Sorry but you can't rewrite history until you destroy all the original documents in the founders hand writing.

"Such being the impressions under which I have, in obedience to the public summons, repaired to the present station; it would be peculiarly improper to omit in this first official Act, my fervent supplications to that Almighty Being who rules over the Universe, who presides in the Councils of Nations, and whose providential aids can supply every human defect, that his benediction may consecrate to the liberties and happiness of the People of the United States, a Government instituted by themselves for these essential purposes: and may enable every instrument employed in its administration to execute with success, the functions allotted to his charge. In tendering this homage to the Great Author of every public and private good I assure myself that it expresses your sentiments not less than my own; nor those of my fellow-citizens at large, less than either. No People can be bound to acknowledge and adore the invisible hand, which conducts the Affairs of men more than the People of the United States. Every step, by which they have advanced to the character of an independent nation, seems to have been distinguished by some token of providential agency. And in the important revolution just accomplished in the system of their United Government, the tranquil deliberations and voluntary consent of so many distinct communities, from which the event has resulted, cannot be compared with the means by which most Governments have been established, without some return of pious gratitude along with an humble anticipation of the future blessings which the past seem to presage. These reflections, arising out of the present crisis, have forced themselves too strongly on my mind to be suppressed. You will join with me I trust in thinking, that there are none under the influence of which, the proceedings of a new and free Government can more auspiciously commence."

You know it's the left trying to pass VA funding bills and the right blocking them?
Have you been to a VA in the last 10 years?
Nothings changed.
And nothing would change with Cruz. Because congress would still be congress and the constitution would still be the constitution.
I'd like to blame everything on a president, but there are 3 facets of government. And they all suck.

Since he refers to a Supreme Being, the Almighty, he is either Christian or Luciferian. Which do you think he is? Christians, btw, often refer to God.

O c'mon Jefferson was not a Muslim and Washington wasn't a Hindu. Just give this up. You are going nowhere with it.

That actually has very similar. language and style as the mysterious stranger who moved the Founders to sign the Declaration. The secularism refuse to accept it.

Can someone tell me why a right wing fanatic is worse than a left wing fanatic?
How about because there are no left-wing fanatics in any important positions of power, while the right wing has a huge infrastructure?
In theory both are equally bad, but in our country the right has far too much power already.
Far to much power?
Maybe you haven't heard about the the NY District Attorney that literally just banned the possession or application for possession of firearms for ANY county prosecutors.
Maybe you missed that gay marriage just became legal via the conservative SC
Maybe you missed that crazy dingbat Davis that went to jail for refusing to issue licenses and who is now being called out by none other than fox news.
Maybe you have missed all the kids that have gotten suspended for making finger guns, pop tart guns and paper clip guns.
Maybe you missed that Black Students in Oakland Schools (in California) can no longer be suspended, for any reason.
Maybe you've missed the several occurrences of schools that have created exclusionary events for children (black students only, Mexican students only, etc.)
And also, are you serious about 'no left wing fanatics in any important positions"???!
Obama, Eric Holder, Lois Lerner, the actual head of the IRS, the extremist environmentalist head of the EPA, a young new Liberal judge on the Supreme court, John Kerry who has somehow contorted that global warming is actually the cause of terrorism, not the stuck in the 6th century, woman beating Imams.
There is a difference between UN-intentional ignorance and burying your head in the sand. I'm pretty sure you are guilty of the latter. Switch the channel from MSNBC every once in a while. It's hard to fathom you can truly believe what you have just said.

Sorry you haven't been following the whole issue. I was referring to Washington being Christian. I didn't see anything about Jesus did you?

I had rather have the RIGHT-WING EVANGELICALS than SHARIA LAW.
They are the same thing.
