*Loudmouth Jerk* Threatens Black People

This is obviously a response to the shooting death of deputy Darren Goforth who was murdered by Shannon Miles.

Targets include Black Panthers, "thugs", and any members of the BLM movement. This is not justifiable, nor is the innocent killing of Goforth.

When will people wake up and not feed into the propaganda machine. It's a machine that is hard to stop once fed.

I guess the results of this agenda (IMO manufactured racial tension and opposition towards authority) are finally coming to fruition.

Get a visit maybe, but I don't think this would be arrestable unless you can prove intent by him or someone else.

I do not have the temperament to be a police officer.

I mean if I got someone in my face and they start disrespecting me, screaming at me, calling me a fascist pig, then spits in my face...

I am sure this one will get attention in the media. Doesn't seem any of the ones where blacks call for killing whites ever get attention.....

So I only made it about 3 minutes in before I got too irritated to continue listening.

One question though: when does he say he's a cop? Because he refers to himself as a citizen and then tells law enforcement to "step aside" so he and other citizens can do...whatever.

Did he show a badge or say he's a cop in the remaining three minutes?

ETA - never mind I looked him up. He's a damn ex prison guard, not an actively serving cop. And a well known racist in that area anyway.

Am I missing something? This guy hasn't mentioned he was a cop. I hear him referring to the cops but I must have missed where he claimed he was a cop himself. So the title "Texas Cop Threatens Black People" isn't correct. Did I miss him addressing himself as a cop? He says often "us" and "cops" but never combines the two together as his job.

Personally I don't even see him being racist. He may be, but when he's referring to "black bastards", he's obviously referring to "thugs". He even says "BLACK lives matter".

So why twist this to be something it's not?

I guess it's the same as people responding saying he's racist and all the hateful responses. They obviously didn't sit through the whole thing and saw where the guy is coming from. I say he's justified in what he says.

For all you folx against this guy and calling him names and a racist... You should stop taking other peoples titles as truth without actually knowing what the man said. That's just as bad as your assumptions.

Texas penal code, Chapter 22:

Sec. 22.07. TERRORISTIC THREAT. (a) A person commits an offense if he threatens to commit any offense involving violence to any person or property with intent to:

(1) cause a reaction of any type to his threat by an official or volunteer agency organized to deal with emergencies;
(2) place any person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury;
(3) prevent or interrupt the occupation or use of a building, room, place of assembly, place to which the public has access, place of employment or occupation, aircraft, automobile, or other form of conveyance, or other public place;
(4) cause impairment or interruption of public communications, public transportation, public water, gas, or power supply or other public service;
(5) place the public or a substantial group of the public in fear of serious bodily injury; or
(6) influence the conduct or activities of a branch or agency of the federal government, the state, or a political subdivision of the state.

Also see the Texas penal code Title 9, Chapter 42. Disorderly Conduct and Related Offenses for various crimes for which this crazy person is guilty.

The final 3 minutes was him cocking a shotgun saying he and others are gonna start "hunting them down" and "entering" their houses.
Saying him and others are gonna start slingshotting rocks at black peoples cars if they use their 1st amendment rights to protest in his town.
Calling people "black bastards" then stuttering and saying "uhh I mean Panthers and the like".
