Did they have grounds to search him? I don't think so.

Let's ignore the stuff we cant see.
Someone is resisting arrest, what do you, how do you get someone to cuff themselves?
Stand there for 9 hours and hope you have more endurance?
Police use force if someone isnt complying, we all know that. Is it right? I don't know.

The simplest way to subdue someone would be to apply a choke and wait for them to fall asleep then cuff him. But people would lose their minds if they saw that happen. Trained professionals could do it and I don't mean they learned a choke hold in basic training kind of professional

So what do you do if your not stronger and can't pull their arm out? I don't know.

You don't hear anything. Time slows down. You are instantly focused on your attackers and their attacks, not what they are saying. You see their punches and kicks coming in slow motion, and your brain tells you that you have to do whatever it takes to dodge the attacks, otherwise you might never see your family and friends again.


Please, go out tonight to your closest bar/club and pick a fight with a group of at least 3 guys, who are all bigger than you. Then when they give you a good walloping, come back here and resume posting.

Learn the state statutes on use of force designated for law enforcement to affect an arrest and then research the non lethal general orders by LEO departments, then post. Even if this guy was swinging his fists at the police, how many cops do you need to subdue someone resisting arrest? I'm sure 2 cops or even 3 can easily get cuffs on 1 guy, Several cops beating and tazing this guy is really over the top. When you taze someone people don't lie still. When you kick and punch them they're going to try to protect themselves. So when do they think the guy's going to submit to be handcuffed, when he's dead?

I think it would be really funny if anon started messing with police apologists, let them know how it feels to have the law wrongfully mess with you, and see how compliant they can really be under duress by people wearing a badge.

It's really easy to say, oh just shut up, listen stop resisting, blah blah. It's not so easy when you know you done nothing wrong, and are getting treated like an animal that just shot up a preschool. It's just about damn near impossible when you are being attacked by a bunch of jabronies. Instinct kicks in at that point, you need to protect your head. When will you people understand, fight back against the police, they WILL continue and increase the level of force to neutralise this as THAT IS THEIR JOB! At the end of the day, if the police walked away from areas, how many of you would be begging for them to return within 24 hours once gangs and moved in and overrun the place?

We need the police, end of story and the sooner we back the police when they are in the right, rather than blindly condemn them at any and every opportunity, the less likely it is that the government will have an excuse to militarise the police due to the police pulling back from certain areas and those certain areas exploding in murder rate, violence etc...Which has already happened in degenerate ghetto areas of America. This is a trap and the sooner you see through it, the better we will all be.

When will you people understand, that defending yourself is a natural instinct? When will you understand, that it don't matter if the person or persons attacking are wearing a dew rag, a motorcycle cut, or a badge? When will you understand, the cops don't need an excuse, they can just make one up, it's your word against theirs, and theirs is held with like 4 times the weight that your word is in court?

Maybe you have never been falsely arrested, and accused of crimes you did not commit, or pushed into breaking traffic laws because you didn't look like you belonged in a BMW. Maybe you have never been detained for hours but let go with a bunch of made up fines for your troubles, because their time is worth something, but yours is not.

I am just lucky all the times I have had the cops really # with me it was winter, so I looked pretty white. Who knows what would have happened to me if it was end of august. Cops treat me with way more respect in my paler months than in my tanner months, that is for sure.
