Would this not be a modern version of slavery at its core?
So we arrest poor Mexican people that are looking for an opportunity to enrich their lives and the lives of their family and thrust them into slave labor? That hardly seems fair.
Are you going to wall up the western and eastern seas as well as the northern border?

England has a 30 mile wide wall between the South Coast and France (the English Channel). That isn't stopping illegals from trying to go through the tunnel, sneak onto trucks, climb underneath cars or even hide in the wheelwells of
aircraft.

We have special visas for people to work in the fields picking crops. We have always had citizens, cleaning and cooking and doing construction. Now illegals are hired instead, taking job opportunities away from them. I'm sure illegals will not always be so accepting of low wages. The ones I worked with sure put up a stink when a citizen was payed more. In any case, we have been taken advantage of for too many years and our citizens need jobs to survive. We can't just ignore those who are coming through the proper channels and throw them to the back of the line. We can't just ignore the plight of our homeless and hungry citizens and place foreigners above them. It is a slap in the face to these people.
