MKUltra is not even a conspiracy anymore it's a fact, the conspiracy is did they ever end the program, or was it passed off to a contractor. So, yes I believe a mind altering drug could work.

You ignored every single thing I said. Or tried to argue, and then ignored the response to said argument.

I have not responded to your posts because you did score some valid points, and I only generally respond if your logic or facts are incorrect. But let me re-iterate my main arguments:

The Arraignment Issue

originally posted by: Shamrock6

... Because literally right after your quote is "additional charges are expected to be filed."

My main point is we don't know how he pled, we don't know if he was provided a lawyer, or, if he was, that lawyer's identity.

The "U.S. Corrections Special Operations Group" issue

originally posted by: Shamrock6
a reply to: starviego
All jails and prisons have a special response team under one name or another. ....

But IF in fact he is being held by the US C-SOG, then Roof and his investigation are literally surrounded on all sides by the Feds, as US C-SOG almost certainly takes it orders(and funding) from Washington, not Charlestown. There were even some early reports that Roof was arrested by the FBI, not the local Shelby, N.C. PD.

The Background Check Issue

originally posted by: Shamrock6

Background checks - an arrest doesn't prevent a purchase. A conviction or being under indictment does. ...

You didn't cite a source for your assertion. Another source had this to say:

danaloeschradio.com...
In South Carolina, you only have to be charged with a felony to lose your Second Amendmend right. Roof would have failed a background check to purchase a firearm.

The point is that you have two versions of the Feb. arrest, and no one in media seems curious about this, or how he got his gun two months after being arrested for felony possession of drugs.

They are reporting that Roof's father gifted him a .45 hand gun for his 21st b-day:

Mass-murdering racist Dylann Roof prepared for the deadly rampage at a black South Carolina church by honing his killing skills with a 21st birthday present from his father — a .45-caliber handgun.

They've no doubt experimented with this. The problem is when the victim comes out of the controlled state and realises what kind of mess they're in.

Though, no doubt they've created weaponized strains which last much longer, are untraceable, etc...

Yes, but they are also reporting that he bought the gun himself with his birthday money, or that he took it surreptitiously from his mother's possession. Take your pick. Tomorrow they will have another version.

I'm with you, the whole story stinks. 1 day after the families are forgiving him, they have not even had the time to experience shock. Then the reports of the FBI arrested him contrary to the local police. Where did he get the body armor?

Don't tell them how easy it is for criminals to get guns as well ...it screws up their "GUNCONTROL will work" ideas, THEY hate that.

As the mods have repeatedly pointed out---this thread is about the murder of 9 people in Charleston. Can we stay on that topic please?

My heart goes out to all those affected by this tragedy. I have no idea what would cause the wiring of a human's brain to go so badly awry that they would sit with people for an hour in perfect peace then turn a gun on them. I can't wrap my head around that scene.

Has there been any mention of the recovery of the weapon he used? I've read quite a few articles but none mentioned it. A lot going on here today so sorry if I missed a link.
I know there is a lot of speculation about who purchased it but my question is: Where is the gun presently?

Hard programing against another race is ONLY possible if the family doesn't STOP it.
THIS is nothing but a screwed up kid what isn't known is WHY.

Do they have cameras inside?

Hmmm.

The news showed the pics and names of those that were killed. Other than Pinckney, most of them seemed to be old women.

Except for the young man just out of college who offered to take the bullet that Roof was aiming at his 87-year-old aunt. When Roof said it didn't matter because he was going to kill both of them, the young man still stood in front of his aunt to take the first bullet anyway. Absolutely heartbreaking.

Sanders died while trying to save his 87-year-old aunt, Susie Jackson. When Roof aimed his gun at Jackson, Sanders asked him to point the gun at him instead, their family member, Kristen Washington told the New York Times. Roof then said, “It doesn’t matter, I’m going to shoot all of you.”
Sanders stood between Roof and his aunt to save her, and the first bullet struck him. He was the youngest victim of the shooting, and his aunt, the oldest.

Was Kristen Washington there, too? Was she the one that he allowed to live "to tell the story"? If not, has the name been released of that witness?
