Hubby and I have been able to figure that out for a long time now.. they announce it... just need to read the magazine put out by Daesh.. and you will know who is next.

Well, here in the UK, shouting "fu*ck the Jews" or Heil Hitler earn you a couple of years in a jail cell. Shouting "fu*ck the Muslims" though earn a few hours of community service( harshest punishment) while nothing happens most of the time.
