I agree that selling drugs is no excuse for the cops to kill someone. But I think that it is relevant that he had previous spinal damage from something or other and had surgery a week earlier. He could have been accidentally injured in this case by something as simple as a struggle to put him in the cop car.

In all due respect, Freddie Gray's rap sheet circumvent's the fact he was killed within the care of police officers, something that is inexcusable no matter what race/religion/rap sheet etc etc...
He wasn't killed in the care of police..he died a week later in the care of Dr's. in Hospital..probably of drug interaction or mishandling

Why should the title be changed? There's already two question marks '??' after the title, indicating that it is questionable (unsubstantiated).
