As good as can be expected on a Monday. HAHA

How is the house hunting going? You will find the one. When Paul and I walked in our house (I think it was like house #45 - OK maybe not that many) we just KNEW it was ours. We had put bids on others that we like but none really felt like home. I hope you and the cuddle monster find your HOME.

Unfortunately not well

We did look at a couple over the weekend, but they were simply 'not the one'. We'll get there but it may take some time, hopefully not too long, we're still waiting to hear about one that we both love, but it's not on the market yet.

Ah Cody that stinks! House hunting can be such a pain in the A$$. And I am sure the tax change going in effect is probably making your life worse. We are all here rooting for ya. Maybe since it hasn't hit the market you can catch it before anyone else!!

We're the first on the list Martin

The agent said the second it goes on the market he'll call us and arrange a viewing ASAP, it was he that told us about it. After we lost the first one (Unofficially of course)

How's the new job Cody? Hang in there, that new house is just waiting for you somewhere!

Hiya Martin!
Hiya Mason!

I have resurfaced and would like to share a fresh oyster with you all.

So nice to be here.

I am days late but ....
Not so long ago, in the greater scheme of life, letters could take years to arrive.
Such a lovely reply, indicative of the soul of "The Shed" of all of those who share this magical space.
Thank You Night

(I have a fresh oyster tale for those who are opposed to them or who haven't tried them)

According to legend it is the privilege of the female to propose marriage on this day.

Are any of you out with your net?

Gosh NO!!!!
LOL
I'm trying to figure out a nice way to suggest we go back to "cohabitation"...LOL

Good to see you, friend.

^Well, THAT comment made NO sense as we DO cohabitate...perhaps I meant back to "living in sin"...an amicable divorce, if you will...

What other option do we have?
If we don't want to bow to the all mighty "tax deduction" we just have to live "in sin".
I refuse to get married so I can receive a monetary gain.
I find it ridiculously stupid.

No kidding. Behave? You? Really though, whenever I'm looking in the "recent" section and see you've posted a comment on a thread I always think "Oh boy. I wonder what he said this time". I know it's going to be funny.

I have been in one of those moods for awhile now where I am just like, eff it, I need to find the humor in this otherwise my head is going to explode. And honestly, some of the topics tend, by their nature, to inspire some of my more 'irreverent' posts.

I know what you mean. If it wasn't for humor I probably would have gone on a killing spree long ago. That, or just lost my mind period. Being able to laugh at life in general, as well as whatever is bugging you, is a gift.

The killing spree thing losses its appeal after awhile (plus the clean up is a bear). Humor is allows me to kill them all over and over again.

The plastic tarps get expensive after a while, I guess. Better to just slay them with laughter.
