Oooooh Goth playing with nature! You could have an arched door with the tree design, or woodland design with trees and little animals OR...an arched door with dragons in flight above the trees. Now there's an idea!

Going out in a while. Hope it cheers me up.

Have a great day Sheddites!

Hi guys some ideas out there.........................I would like to finish said door BEFORE I die LOL

@ Kat Solid oak doors are anything from about £600 for mass produced stuff around my way, but Hand crafted stuff you're into the £1000's quite literally.

For me to make you a 4 panelled door at work rates would cost you ............... hang on calculator out......... right, for a standard handcrafted 4 panelled door without any carving or fancy stuff would cost you about £ 3800 - £4200.

Thanks for the ideas guys really got me thinking now, hope this finds you all well

@ Gbro, I quite literally LOL'd when I got the FB post mate

Night perhaps this is more to your taste. I used to live there on and off. It had a rather shall we say "vivid" history and a very active behind the scene life. I miss it dearly.

Here are one of my friends, the Wren, granting a ride to a Pixie I believe. He will be one of my characters who insist to be in the story when I find the nerve.

So did you get in any fishing? I know that your hunting trip got cancelled. I’m sure by now your house is decorated and humming with activity. Be careful on that ladder!

Hey sweetie, how are ya? I know that it’s a really tough time for you right now. I wish that we could somehow *zap* to the Shed and then you could be surrounded with love and laughter on Thanksgiving.

I’m not sure the door would ever get finished but you got some amazing ideas!!! I love the peaceful forest type

Thank you! Research really can be your friend when dealing with medical issues. I didn’t know much about stokes but have been learning.

I wanted to give a quick update on Paul’s grandmother. She is making an amazing recovery!!!! I am so thankful for the wonderful care that she has been given. Thank you so much for your continued thoughts & prayers!! They think she could be starting therapy by Friday! Woohoo

Just popping by to wish all Shedites a Happy Thanksgiving!

I'll be out with family, but around.

And FYI - There may be some trumpet songs coming next week - I ordered a special mute that not only allows me to practice in the apartment, but it's an electronic: It allows me to plug in headphones to hear myself...Which means I can pipe the audio to my computer via aux cable. Might not be perfect audio, but it should serve my needs.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.

And to our friends across the pond. May you all have a peaceful and safe Holiday Season.

I am cooking big today. Lots to do.

But my biggest decision I have to make today is "Red or White"

Al rite ya got me. I broke out the Tanguray. So I am sipping on a T&T with a lime wedge, and watching football in one room and a movie in the other. And I am going downstairs in a bit to get the Christmas Tree.

This will be the second year we haven't had a real tree. Could have got one at work, but I just didn't want to deal with the problems of a real tree. With my luck I would loose it on the way home. LOL!!

My tree went up last night. I have never had a real tree, but that's fine with me.

I hope everyone is having a great Holiday! I sure did!

Well got the tree up and lit up. I'm my must admit, I'm alittle lit up too. LOL!!!

Had to go out and shovel. Very wet snow. Used alot of salt too. Temps are suppose to drop down to zero, so all that beautiful snow is going to become a hazard.

Hope everyone's tummy is full with good food and drink.

Later guys

Oh Night, I just wanted to say, having a real tree is nice, but it's aliitle bit of work. Now a days, they have these artificial tree's that look and smell so nice. And you can even get one with the lights already installed. Love it. Love it.

Hello to everyone!!! My dishwasher is loaded and going; the belly is stuffed; and I have sent the kids home. The tree is lit up, I am getting lit up
ahhhhh I love the Holidays.

I used to always get a real tree and swore I would never buy a fake one. Then I had the real tree from hell. Bark was too wet and the nails would MOVE! Tree fell like 4 times. By the time Christmas was over it was a skeleton of a tree with no more pine needles and hardly any branches. I now have a pre-lit. I put the 3 pieces together and plug it in. The easier the better. Have you guys seen the Suddlink Easy commercials? That's me. LMAO

Yeaa... You know girlfriend, the more mature I get, I want things to make life simpler.

HAIL TO THE PRE-LIT TREE !!!

Of course there are things that are worth working hard for. And I don't mind doing it for both of my reasons.
